“After calling, I took my minivan into Doyle Johnson's to help figure out the cause of a vibration that had just appeared. Travis was very helpful, took a drive, and figured out the problem was due to a new engine miss. He went under the car and made sure the running gear wasn't the cause, which was my original concern. He (along with other mechanics in town) had other work ahead of me and I was traveling so that's as far as he could help. After all this - 1/2 hour? - he did not charge me!”
“Needed a used tire for my dads old 1948 f1 pickup to just roll on a trailer to haul it across the country back home. He found one and sent us on our way free of charge!! Couldn't have gone to a better spot ?”
“After Josh the manager and TJ Assistant Manager helped me for hours trying to decide on what tire would be best for my vehicle. Alot of debate, I finally decided on the Falken Wildpeak Trail, I'm very difficult to deal with and they both were very patient and their work ethic and professionalism went over and above.
I will definitely purchase here for now on, and would suggest these guys .

“My car was in an accident and we had to have basically the entire front end rebuilt. I went to caliber collision and Grace was my advisor. She was great to work with, saw me through the process, was detail oriented, and listened to our needs very well. After the car was done, we had a small blemish, and I took it back and she got us in right away and took care of it. I would recommend caliper collision if you need to have any auto body work done and ask for Grace when you go, she’s great!”

“Fantastic experience with Thomas Crawford Auto. I rolled in around 4pm on a drive from Montana to Colorado, my CV axle failed, and I barely made it into the shop. They got it on the lift right away, gave me a good estimate, worked with my mechanic back home to cover it on warranty (the part had been replaced a year prior). Gave me a ride to the local hotel which had a discount, and I was on the road by 10am the next morning. Made the best out of a potentially bad situation - I'm so thankful. Thank you so much for fast work and great customer service. If I lived local to Casper, this would definitely be my go-to shop.”
“I can’t say enough about Oil City Dyno. I walked in with an idea in my head for my 2012 Ram 1500. They explained the details/process and spent over an hour looking at options for lift kits, tires, wheels etc. before I had even committed to paying for anything. I was given accurate quotes for work done, and accurate time of completion estimate. They went above and beyond anything I would have expected. They even stayed late Friday night to finish my truck in time so I could have it for the weekend. 100/10 would recommend.

“I was in a big need to get my tire fixed as it was going flat on the way to work... I had friends that had used them before and had said they were helpful and took goid care if them, so I slowly rolled in there..and they took my car on and got me fixed up quick abd had more of a problem than I thought with the tire....but they fixed it and got me off and rolling again.... and the price of it was all was great too ... I'm sure I'll be going back again in the future ...”
“My wife and I went to the dealership to just look at vehicles and by the end, we were approved for a brand new Volkswagen Atlas. While the deal didn’t work for us, we were blown away by the excellent service we received. We didn’t feel pushed into a decision one way or the other. We were first greeted by a happy young fellow named Mickey who mentioned he was brand new. He was actually very knowledgeable and much more confident then I was when I first started in sales. He was a Joe Verde warrior who even used the SOLD line close which didn’t work but I was pleased that he went for it!! He took the deal all the way to his sales manager Cruize. This guy had a personality that was pleasing, yet challenging and would mimic how I assume meeting Jesus would feel. Astounding really! He ferociously worked the deal and fought real hard to make it work. They let us take the car home that night (bold move) to make sure we liked it. When we returned the next morning, we were told he was gone for the day because of exhaustion from the previous days fight. We were introduced to a new sales manager, Brecken I think. I noticed right away that her sense of taste was on point and I could probably trust her with my life since she had a Banana Bread Blondie sitting there from a coffee shop that starts with 7 and ends with Brew. (Don’t want a lawsuit)
She, like Cruize worked that bank up and down to make it work in our budget and when we finally made the decision that right now wasn’t the time to buy for us they were very understanding and pleasant. Not only will I be returning as soon as we are ready to buy but I will stop in several times a week as we are all now best friends for life.”

“We were traveling through Casper and had the belts in our front tries fail. A unknown issue that finally got so bad we finally noticed. We were 45 minutes from Casper with the shop closing in only 30 minutes. We called ahead and John the district manager assured us they would stay open and get us taken care of. “Decker auto glass has always treated me and my family great. We miss the CY store, but the downtown location is still an amazing place that always takes care of us.
I will say, avoid Eastside Decker at all costs. I don’t know why they seem to always disappoint, but they do.
This Five star rating goes to the downtown location. Installation is always quick, the service guys are great and always know what they’re doing. And the two ladies that work up front are simply amazing. Their auto shades for the front windshield are awesome. Keep up the good work.”
