On 2 separate occassions Ive paid for parts being told they would come in by a certain date, only to find out that my order had been bungled and they would have to re-order my parts. Im extremely unhappy and disastisfied with the service from this store and won't be visiting this autozone again.

I cannot ever express the amount of appreciation I have for every person who was working today. They were patient with me. Walked me through everything I needed to. Helped me figure out exactly what I needed to fix down to the T. I had gone to east side auto zone earlier and they brushed me off. Didn’t really care about what I was saying or needed. They did not care and ended up pushing me out the door so I could stop bugging them. These guys were more than happy to help me out because I know absolutely nothing about cars and they didn’t make me feel like I was a bother. Thank you guys so much:,) you’re amazing

Asked for a kit today at the West side store and after looking at my vehicle diagnosed that I just needed a part. Didn’t have the part so gave me the part number with their price on the printed receipt paper. Went to a competitor who price matched it lower thanks to Auto Zone guy printing it out for me. Saved time and money!?

11:15am I came in to return tool kit and the system wasn't allowing my card to receive the money so the attendant didn't want to call his manager and gave me a 42$ refund cash. And I had another return cause the part was the wrong size for my car and the mechanic realized before he tried to install it. But the attendant didn't want to call his manager to ask if he could accept the return gave 0 effort to even try to want to help me get it situated out. I will forever just keep my business with O'Reilly's. Especially after the guy told me to get out of his store. He can't vailate someone's rights like that.

I brought used oil to the store to get rid of and I hadn't notice the store closed in two minutes. A young man named Nathan was there and helped me . His attitude was great, and he didn’t even care I was there last 9 pm getting rid of the oil. If the world had more employees like Nathan, it would be a better place. Thank you Nathan for you help and you kindness.

May 11, 2023 I needed windshield wipers, so I looked up online parts stores that specifically put on the wipers free of charge. AutoZone on Second Street in Casper advertised this is service they provide to their customers. I went there and bought my wipers and was able to get the first one on, but I couldn't figure out the second wiper. So I went into the store and askEd the clerk behind the desk if he could help me and he said no, he couldn't. If I would've known he wasn't going to help me I would've gone to Walmart and spent half the money on the wipers. Tammy Greenlee
