Be aware that there may or may not be someone at the counter when you arrive to pick up your rental, and when you return it. Even if you pre-pay for the rental, they will still charge you a deposit fee. And they are VERY strict about re-fueling. If there is no one to show your gasoline receipt to upon return, you will be charged for fuel, even if you return the vehicle with a full tank.

ZERO STARS..00000000Avis rented me a car with over 30,000 miles and worn out tires. I had a blowout on a rear tire and the front tires were bald.I had to use my own credit card and now have to try to get repaid. Check your tires on your rental cars Avis!

I needed a car quickly after National didn't have a car, even for guaranteed reservations for Executive Elite members (please see my full review there).Avis came through in a pinch and the attendant was super helpful and got me on my way super quick. I'll be using Avis at this location for sure.

Only giving four stars because I returned the rental car early and was not offer a paraded amount for the time to not use it. Rental cars are short here at the airport and I know that they can do a quick turnaround on it and we'll end up renting it out for the same time that I had originally rented for. Sort of getting a double rental on it.

Insists that I need a credit card - every time I come to Casper. I don't need to give a credit card if I prepaid and if I have a return flight from the same location. I argued with the agent last year for 4 hours - the whole time the AVIS helpdesk is telling me I'm allowed to use a debit card. Same thing this year, I'm told it's "Impossible" but (thankfully) after an hour of telling the agent that a debit card is acceptable - just try it - LO behold it works. I have the helpdesk on speed dial, see you next year.

Casper Avis is the best rental company. Love they are now at the airport and not off site. Had my paperwork ready to go, fast friendly service. Car is clean. The girl there - wish I remembered her name is always friendly and sometimes has candy!! Has helpful suggestions when construction is happening! I know I get good service here.

THE KIA K⁵ WAS A HOOT TO DRIVE!!!They do great to work with people. The lady working was very professional and didn't make us feel "worse" about the situation than we already did. She explained what she could do, and did it. She may be overwhelmed at times, but you wouldn't be able to tell. NOTE: This is a locally owned franchise. Why would anyone in Casper or Wyoming or anywhere else not rent from them?

This was the worst experience EVERRRR! DO NOT RENT AND ESPECIALLY PRE-PAY A RENTAL CAR FROM HERE EVER!!! Not only did I have to go through 4 different vehicles and drive 6 hours to pick up the most "unbroken" vehicle because they had no more in working order in casper. They refuse to do anything to help at the store the address in Jackson which is where they made me go pick the other car up is wrong they also will do nothing through customer service to try and 1 either refund my money or two get us a working vehicle. They ruined our entire vacation and cost me quite a bit in money for missed or canceled reservations due to them taking so long and not providing running/safe vehicles.

The staff was very helpful and there was someone waiting at the airport for us. Due to a change in plans, we were able to switch to a different car to better suit our needs.

Horrible customer service. Car was fine and clean but solely based on the customer service I will never return. Simple questions are met with rude answers, no offer to walk around the vehicle and go over things with me. Just handed me the keys and walked away. The shuttle driver was excellent though!

We ordered a MIDI SUV! Instead we got a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. Sport! It is a small vehicle defined as a mini or compact SUV. I told this to the agent there, she showed me that a Mitsubishi Outlander is a F-Class SUV, this is true for a regular Outlander but not For the car we got that was an Outlander Sport! and it is a completely different car, small, short, low, and much denser! It was really annoying and frustrating. The agent was unwilling to delve into checking that there was a difference between the vehicles. It should be noted that they had as many additional vehicles as we actually ordered like the Kia Sportage. Nissan Rouge, Toyota Rav 4 and Mazda SX but she refused to give them to us.
