Received outstanding customer service from this shop for purchasing & syncing a new FOB to our vehicle. James went over & above not only to precisely & professionally complete the process but also to work with us on significant unexpected time constraints we had in traveling 400 miles round trip to complete the transaction. While we were in the shop, employee Matthew, who is training for his certifications, answered my questions & helped me choose a high-end flashlight. We find this business to be honest & responsive to our needs.

I had a screen replacement that costed $300-$400. Not only did it take 2 weeks to get in, the touch wasn't installed correctly. My screen randomly starts acting like I'm touching it dramatically when I'm not. Sometimes restarting it doesn't even fix this issue. Not to mention, my phone comes with a default automatic dimming/brightening feature that has also been messed up after the screen replacement. Lastly, my biggest concern is that the screen they installed cracked without ANYTHING happening to the screen. No drops, no sitting on it, no extreme temperature changes. I even took the extra procaution of having a case where the screen cannot touch whatever surface it is sitting screen-down on.

Charged me $20 to clean out a phone port. After a couple minutes the tech reported back that he got a rock out and cleaned it but the port was broken.
Later with a paperclip I pulled some lint out of the “clean” port and it works perfectly again.

Got my phone repaired 4 months ago. Started distorting my screen. Then screen completely stopped working. Took it in to another phone guy. Told me they used a faulty aftermarket screen that was 100 dollars cheaper then they charged me. Parts missing from my camera and over charged me getting my phone redone this go around costed me almost a 100 less then what they charged me and that included the missing parts.

Not once, but twice tried to order a new key for my truck. Both times was told my order was canceled and never reordered. Never called or told was problem.Went to Ace hardware. They had the key in stock and cheaper. Would definitely not go back.
