Customer service is still important to some of us nowadays. This crew is on point. Helpful and knowledgeable. Having a barbershop in Lander means ordering what I need. Sure, I could use Amazon just as easy, but those online stores can't answer my questions or give professional advice on product. Always happy to help weather in store or on the phone. A+

The girls at Beaches (especially our outside sales rep Sarah) go above and beyond when calling in an order or stopping in for one. Sarah makes sure we're on her list of stops, even when we don't need anything for several stops in a row.
They always include TONS of samples, no matter the order size. I mean, how else are you going to try new things and know if you like them or not.
I cannot recommend them enough!!!!
I just wish they carried Goldwell USA since Cosmoprof is no longer operating in our area.

Sara was so amazing ! I bought a box of colortrak foils and they were malfunctioning. She took them into her own hands and sent an email off to corporate and got me not only a refund but colortrak reached out and made things right . Thank you Sara for taking the time out of your own busy schedule to do that for me . I appreciate you

Seriously the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff at any of the beauty supply stores in Casper. The lady with the cool hair and glasses was extremely knowledgeable about the products in the store. Absolutely recommend Beaches!!
