My washer broke down and had to use the warranty. Unfortunately the warranty didnt have any one in town to fix it. so they did an exchange on it. They made they made the whole process really easy.

Great experience here - bought a computer, had data transfer - so 2 full visits with at least 4 different people - Talia, Cameron, Connor, Laura - Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this store - I was so impressed I went out if my way to talk to the store manager to compliment the staff.

This is my go to store when I need a cable, cord, or adapter and can't wait for Amazon to deliver. Despite sometimes having higher prices than Amazon or EBay they often fill online orders in less than a hour and I most recently had an order filled in about 15 minutes. This means I get what I need in a timely manner. I have also bought open box and refurbished items there at a discount and thus save money. Lastly I bought a mobile phone with activation there and did not wait for forever like Verizon.

One week from Thanksgiving and our stove gave out. We went to Best Buy and we were helped by Chad. He was terrific! We had a new stove delivered and installed in less than 24 hours. Happy Thanksgiving!

Almost every employee asked if we needed help; within a 10min time frame. We a bit overwhelming, was only looking otherwise it would have been nice to be helped that fast. They were friendly and left us alone when we declined needing help.

They only hire kids, guess the managers are afraid of intelligent staff. They are lazy and underinformed. They will gladly sell you a power cord for a device that is 3x overpowered for the device and then get an atitude with you for saying as much. Never offering to fix the device they destroyed. This one business i would like to see fail.

I travel widely and have been to many Best Buy stores across the country. This store customer service beats them all. In two separate visits I interacted with 6 different employees and every single one was the most cheerful, helpful, customer oriented employee you could wish for. Impressive!

It's a best buy, had greeters at the door. Had 1 person ask if I needed help finding anything, but only 1 out of 5 people I passed who weren't with customers.

Best Buy has the worst CSR service I have dealt with. In-store pick-up went South because my items showed up damaged. Told they would refund and have the item sent to my house, never happened. RUN!

I had a great time in this store. The staff were all engaging and friendly. Everyone seemed happy to be there. The staff exhibited great firsthand knowledge of products and services. There's certainly some great deals to be had. I can specifically site that Tanner and Tiffany were of great help and assistance. This location has my support and business, without question or hesitation.
