This Best Western Downtown Casper Hotel is a nice, cool, and clean hotel with friendly, helpful, and amazing staff who go above and beyond to be accommodating. Guests find the rooms to be wonderfully comfortable, quiet, big, and insanely comfy, often describing them as reasonably priced. The hotel is decorated beautifully and offers good free breakfast with awesome amenities, including a nice-looking pool and plenty of outside space to walk a dog. While a requested whirlpool room was not provided on one occasion, the overall experience is consistently praised. Many guests state they would definitely stay here again, with some noting it was a refreshing and wonderful stay even under difficult circumstances.

Perfect stopping place. Prices are good, Rooms are nice and they are very friendly and take care of me.

It is dated, but we'll maintained. It is adjacent to a great walking trail and a mini golf facility.

It's an older unit and is in need of updating. Decent location and, for the price, very good. Attached restaurant is good. Decent food, good ambiance and nice employees.
