I would give negative 5 stars if I could. I purchased a Futon $157 the computer had a glitch during processing of my payment. I asked the clerk to make sure it did not charge. She processed my card a second time to complete the transaction. I left with one " Corey" style futon. I was indeed charged for 2. I contacted the store they said address it with my bank. I contacted Big Lots coorporation. Followed up and nothing. It will be a year of fighting for my money for product I did not receive.I still to this day am out $157. Single mom, I work hard for my money. I have been robbed by them, I have shown my receipt and bank statements. They acknowledge it was charged twice, they can prove it by the inventory count. I might check into my consumer rights.

I would give it 5 stars, but for years now the store isn't as clean and the restroom needs updated and cleaned. I gave it 4 stars because it always has enough stock to keep you looking and good prices to spend some money while you're in there.
