“I love this store! I’ve never once had an Issue with the staff. The new location is bright, clean, and well organized. I always lay my items flat in a bucket or bag like they suggest and when they pay me, I feel like it’s fair payment. The selection is very good for babies, but gets thinner as your kids age - which is to be expected, as kids get older they’re harder on their clothes and they’re harder to resell. I’ve found great things for my kids all the time, and they always buy at least a portion of things I bring in.

The staff works their butts off and if you’re kind and make small talk, they’re kind right back. I think a lot of these negative reviews are from people who bring in things that aren’t resellable, not laid flat, and probably have bad attitudes 😅.

Once Upon a Child is a great example and genuinely practices the circular economy and I’m so glad to be able to participate in that. Keep up the amazing work gals!!”
