Matt Vanoordt did an excellent job installing our flooring. There was a lot of furniture, however, he figured out how to make it all work and complete the install! He is professional and very hard working. We highly recommend Matt. We are very pleased with his work and his work ethic. We would welcome him back into our home to do further flooring/carpet installations.

Matt Vanoordt did an amazing job laying beautiful vinyl plank flooring in our family room.
There was a lot of furniture, but he figured out how to make it all work! That definitely showed his experience, creativity, professionalism, and caring.
It was a pleasure to have him work on and complete this project for us!

I'm happy with the work they did but there were some times that the process was a bit frustrating. I think overall they are a great and trustworthy place but like many contractors, they they come with their quirks.

Great selection of flooring from carpet to hardwood and tile. Local installers and knowledgable staff made our flooring projects easy to complete from selection to installation. I highly recommend Don's Mobile Carpet!

Wasted 20 days of my time!!!! Started off great, then my install day was changed twice. Once I was told they had not received my main tile yet (Why give a day if you do not have all the supplies to do job? *to be fair here this was a very fast install day from start so i'm assuming they were planning and having these quickly so not 100% their fault, just communicate with your customers). Second install date I was told day before install "we may have to move back to Tuesday and Wednesday because of a job that needs to be finished up I'll let you know Monday." (So another job is more important than my job?) I then received no contact monday at all. Went in tuesday to figure things out. When I identified I was "Not Happy" Salesman Craig Catellier replied with "I'm not happy either...." (eerkkkk back the truck up here..... you're not happy????) Craig then told me they have not been able to get my tiles from Denver CO still and he had personally called them and they said they would be here tuesday.... AGAIN why did we make another install date and did you not communicate that they were having a hard time getting the tiles from the vender??? (This would not be Don's fault if they were upfront with their customer and communicated this) I would have probably just picked another tile. Now two days before Thanksgiving I am starting all over and will not have tile in my kitchen. I also noticed on their invoice I was paying for tile shipping (my job to pay? I think not), install PLUS "Prep" (Weird). I have usually installed my tile my own but thought it would make my life easier but upon looking into "Average" install rates Don's was much more expensive.. BEWARE! BEWARE!!!!! I will be looking for another company to spend my money with and will hopefully be speaking with the owner about this incident. DO NOT USE Don's Mobile Carpet!!!

Don's is absolutely the worst flooring contractor in Casper. Their installers are slow, lazy, don't care, and show up late. We were promised it would take ten days and we are now looking at three weeks. Way too large of a project for them. I guess if you have a 10 by 10 bedroom, they might be able to handle. Sad thing is the owner doesn't seem to care either.

Love doing business with these guys. Not a person on staff that couldn't be more trusted or professional. Don's Mobile Carpet is the best interior store in Casper.

I cannot say enough about the AMAZING service I received at Don's! After making the BIGGEST MISTAKE of thinking I could save money using a chain store that offers "free installation" I went to Don's.... What do you know? Measured, purchased, installed within a few weeks AND the same price as the other place. I am ashamed for not going to Don's first! I will NEVER make that mistake again! Craig was OVER THE TOP with service, kindness and quality.
