I took my 2002 VW Cabrio to get serviced and they did a great job. I didn’t know the service history when I bought it and Farley’s looked it over, did and oil change, and a couple of other things for me. I will be using them again!

Great service, got me in quick when everybody else was 2-4 weeks out just for something simple and small. Honest, affordable, I just wish they were open on Saturday!

While road tripping from Oklahoma to Wyoming my battery light came on. My car was misfiring, vibrating and being sluggish. While in Kansas I googled mechanics and even went to Reddit to ask for advice on who to use. While I knew what the problem could be (spark plugs and a bad coil) I decide to call and Ken was super helpful. Said if I were to make it the next day before 2 they would be able to fix it. I was able to make it and they were able to fix the same day. I am so thankful for this shop. I come from a family of mechanics and I feel they were pretty honest. Now I can complete my trip without having to worry about breaking down. Thank you so much Randy and Ken.

Went for tire rotation, oil change and a bulb for my tail light. The mechanic who took it in said it needed tires but they would get me a great quote on new tires. The older gentleman called an hour later to say I would have to take it to a different shop because they couldn’t get the hood open to change the oil and I would have to get my own quote somewhere for new tires. When I picked it up they told me they could not change the tail light bulb because they needed to be able to open the hood. Be careful…. Possibly they have enough business with foreign cars that customer service is non existent. Called Doyle’s and Todd said it probably needed a new cable for the hood and he would order it as well as the tires. Zero stars.Wanted to add an update...went to Todd at Doyle's today ...he literally opened the hood in 5 seconds...said the cable was not broken, just disconnected and he took care of everything and was very kind and helpful

So, we were completely at the mercy of the only shop in town that works on imports. We weren't locals and had 1000 miles of driving ahead of us. Farley's Imports not only repaired our broken Audi but did it for exactly what they said it would be and early than expected. This shop is a first rate / class act and didn't look to take advantage of our predicament. We had the car brought in on a flatbed (no appointment obviously) with an idea of what may be wrong. Within 90 mins they'd checked out the car, confirmed the issue, ordered the part and provided us an estimate. Part was shipped up from CO, they opened up at 0700 and called us at 0830 letting us know we could come get the car. Casper is lucky to have Farley's as their go to import shop. Breaking down sucks, especially when working your way across 2200 miles of the US. We were thankful that it happened where it did and this operation is as committed to outstanding work and customer service as they are. Highly recommend.
