Ever time I have the unfortunate luck of using these clowns they find a way to damage my delivery package or toss it in the mud/snow/water complete disregard for the contents or customer the delivery time changes multiple times despite me ensuring I am home to avoid some of these issues they just try to sneak in damage the parcel in some way and take off before you notice…..complete crap!!!!!!!

Way better than UPS. These people at least perform like they care. Never had a problem they didn't fix for me.

The automated system makes it impossible to reach a live human. So I get to drive to the city to find out why my package is a month late. The whole system just sucks if you’re a rural customer. Never again, I’ll use Pony Express next time.

Our Experience with delivery driver Adam Mc has been nothing short of unacceptable. his behavior has been consistently unprofessional from carelessly handling packages to displaying aggressive outburst, including yelling profanities at our staff, Every interaction with has been marked by anger and disrespect, making him the most difficult delivery driver we have ever encountered, unfortunately, this is not the first time we have had issues with this individual

They couldn't resolve my question about a package it was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago and the history is not updated. He told me to get ahold of the manufacturer first. I went through two hours of FedEx automated answering system and finally threw my hands up and drove down to the store where I could speak to a live person and they couldn't help me anymore than what the automated answering system could.

Did not actually deliver package that was supposed to be next day. Stated on website that an attempt was made the first day yet no sticker saying they had attempted delivery was placed nor did security cameras identify FEDEX as ever stopping and attempting delivery. Came second day, dropped off one package, left sticker for package claiming to have attempted to deliver previous day. No attempt to ring door bell (I was home). Police report filed for package not actually delivered. Had to go to fedex facility and threaten police presence to get package.

This is the smaller store-- the full-service is the one on 2nd street!!Nice folks and we have never had a bad experience. When I came in for full service they were so polite about how the other store offers that stuff.

Wish I could give 0 stars, A package was supposed to be delivered to me today on new years eve, that I really needed before New Years day. FedEx is supposed to be doing delivery nationwide today, for whatever reason Casper Wyoming center was not delivering. So they can delivere on Christmas, Jesus's birthday and a day many people love and cherish, but they drop everything when the earth orbits the sun as it's done for billions of years. Thanks for screwing me with no lube.
