Somewhat confusing on where we could drop off at. Online it stated FedEx Ground could be dropped at the location on Salt Creek, closet to my work location. That was not correct I had to go across town to 2nd street? If you can drop off there when you call it said that location was not able to take it. The people at FedEx were friendly and helpful. So that made the trip more pleasant. Thanks

Worst delivery service in the city. Dumbass driver can't tell the difference between 1 and 2 and always delivers our packages to our neighbor. I guess numbers are hard for the people FedEx Ground hires

Why are such an extremely high amount of packages being delivered to the wrong addresses??? Why do you not do anything to fix it. You need to hold your drivers more responsible. It's absolutely ridiculous how often they are wrong and don't do their jobs correctly.

Won't deliver when supposed to or on Saturday. They leave boxes of frozen groceries on the dock for several days to spoil. They also say deliver attempt failed, customer unavailable on packages that require no signature. And they will say say customer requests a different delivery day. Horrible service and just don't care about their customers.

Overall my experience has been poor with fedex with this particular package, multiple delays and missing tracking information. However what really has disappointed me was that the package was to be delivered today. However fedex delivered one fedex ground package to our house at 2pm, but per our cameras never attempted to deliver the other. Then at 2:26 tracking stated that delivery had been attempted but was unsuccessful. Then the tracking changed to say that delivery had been requested to move to a later date. Both of these are completely false, we did not request a later delivery date, nor was delivery attempted on our package. I understand mistakes happen and our package may have gotten overlooked but I would have appreciated the driver returning to get our packaged delivered rather than what appears to be falsifying the tracking information. To make matters worse customer service was useless and there is no phone number to contact the local facility about our concerns.

Driver went through a BLOCKED and LOCKED gate, climbed over the other things blocking the gate on the inside of my back yard to deliver my child's medications. Instead of the clear pathway to my front porch. These medications are 7k a month. If I wouldn't have started walking all over looking for where it was delivered to we would've been out for a month. This medication helps keep my child alive. The absolute negligence is asinine. Why spend extra time breaking into a back yard and risking getting hurt? Just deliver to where we make sure you won't get an injury and we know where the packages go. I'm recommending my pharmacy switch delivery partners after this.
I have my backyard blocked in this way to keep people out but also to keep my kids in, so I guess thanks for showing me I need to back my camper up even more on the outside and get a new lock, as well as block the inside better. My sense of safty amd security is completely screwd now thanks to your driver.

We had an issue regarding the delivery of some tires today and terrible customer service from that driver. I went to this facility to file a complaint and a gentleman named Chris, I'm assuming he was the manager, went above and beyond to make the situation right. I left feeling my issue was resolved and satisfied with the results. I appreciate the level of expectation to customers that Chris held his team accountable for. Thank you!
