If there is a line don't even bother unless you have an hour to blow on waiting. Slowest tellers in casper. Yall need to do your jobs faster its ridiculous.
I watched as the tellers all stop to talk to each other before finishing what they are doing. They need to focus less on chatting and more on doing their jobs. There is no reason to move that slow. It should not take 15 plus minutes per vehicle to do a simple deposit. Quit chit chatting and do your jobs faster. People have lives they shouldn't have to wait so long while your tellers move at turtle speed. Its a bank not a social event.

Least helpful people I have ever encountered. They act like helping you is a real imposition and just as soon you not darken their doorstep! I will be closing out my accounts there and going to Hilltop!
