Their service department is unbelievably slow. Watching paint dry is faster than this place. Expect 2hr minimums for very minor service. Was told my car needed a transfer case fluid change. . My car doesn't even have that part since it's not a AWD/4WD vehicle .they even gave me a quote to get it repaired. Incompetence or ignorance I'm not sure .

by far the worst place to do business with not only do they try and rip you off on prices they're so far out when it comes to getting your vehicle looked at it's pretty much pointless because if it's your only vehicle give me screwed also, the service that sucks I don't know what they're talking about one person will say something and then the other person will say something completely different. They don't ever call you back, they don't try and help they don't do what they're supposed to do with me. I called almost 3 months ago because my transmission in my truck was going out but they can't see me until next month and they don't have any loaner vehicles either even though I signed documents. That if I needed one because I was a customer from there I would get one. I wouldn't waste your time or money at this dealership

Very friendly and helpful staff. Ask for George Velez! As a young guy looking for a nicer newer vehicle George wasn't the pressuring salesman that I've dealt with in the past. He told me "I'm a father, so I'm going to treat my customers the way I would want my son to be treated when he goes somewhere to buy a vehicle." George gave great honest advice on several vehicles and worked hard to make sure I got approved and the most money for my trade in. As long as I'm in the Casper area I will never go to anyone else.

Avoid them at all costs. I brought vehicle there to the body shop and three months and nearly $10,000 later it was not any better than it has started. I was forced to take it to a second bodyshop to undo what Fremont has done and actually correct the problem. Thiscost me another $8000.

I purchased 3 brand new vehicles from this place and Zaine was my salesman. Zaine had great attention to all the details and worked his butt off to make sure I was happy. I still talk to him to this day and it has been over a year since I moved out of Wyoming. If you are needing a vehicle I recommend Zaine. AWESOME GUY AND HAPPY TO CALL HIM A FRIEND

The warranty department is absolutely awful and they will lie straight to your face and then call you a liar. Purchased a warranty from them to cover our Ram truck, no issues with initial sale. Then, almost a month later, got several unhappy phone calls from Chris, who handles the warranties. He said he needed the truck to do an inspection on, and needed it ASAP, never considering the fact that when people are working they can't necessarily rearrange things so quickly. Were able to pull a few strings and the truck was provided to them and then he states he will not honor our new warranty claiming that the warranty would not cover the part needed, despite Chris knowing that their was a pre-existing issue he still sold the warranty to us, saying he would over-look it. So when we finally are ready to get the compressor taken care of we are called liars and told that they are gonna drop our warranty. Chris was extremely rude and demeaning and would not own up to his own mistake. Called the warranty company myself to see if the parts would have been covered and YES they would have been, but he lied, again. Called the GM the next day to see if there was anything that could be done or if they were willing to make it right and we were again called liars and told that they stood behind everything that Chris had done. Will never, ever, ever purchase anything from Fremont Motors again. Will not ever recommend them to anyone.

The service department sucks. 1st oil change they didnt tighten the oil filter in properly and they didnt refasten the cover door. 2 days later when we figured out why it was low on oil and what the noise was coming from under the car we had to take the car back to have it fixed. Mind you I live over 100 miles away. Well mistakes happen, so we went back again for another oil change. After waiting for over an hr a gal comes up and tells me my car was ready. Has me sign papers and says your cars right out there and the keys are in it. We go out the keys are not in it. My daughter goes back in and they tell her the key.has been lost in the car. I go back in and ask to talk to the manager. Come to find out they had us sign papers for the wrong car and they havent even started on my car. They are very disorganized and unprofessional. I wont be going back ever again. I got better service at Walmart

The Worst service! Took my 2017 Silverado in Wednesday they repaired the fuel pump, picked it up and the engine light came back on so turned around and got another diagnostic. The Fuel sensor was broke. They said it wouldn't be in til Monday get the part in. Called Monday afternoon and they said they just got the part and it wont be ready till tomorrow. Called Tuesday at noon and they said it would be ready around 2pm. Call again at 2:30pm they said they ordered the wrong fuel pump and would take 3-4 days to get the right one. Fremont has kept my truck for a week and done nothing but make excuses. Don't take your vehicle to get repaired!!!

Let's start with beyond A+ service department customer service ! I have had car troubles since hurricane Harvey in Texas .. and well my car had been in the shop every 3 months since then ! In every shop in Texas , Nashville, and Colorado they hold my car hostage for 2-3 weeks and it was frustrating with no calls or nothing with updates .. but not this place ! They took care of me within 2 days and fixed my ac condenser and my compressor as soon as parts arrived ! I kind of would like for more things to go wrong with my car before I leave town so they can fix them!!

This is for the service department. I can't speak for the sales team's professionalism, but the service department staff has gone down hill. The younger female front desk staff were incredibly rude, made customers wait to gossip with each other, and there was a very tense vibe among the staff. My vehicle took a week to complete and it was only supposed to be in the shop one day. There was zero communication about why it was delayed other than an advisor called in sick one day, and a technician called in sick another day. Doesn't explain the other five days, and there's a serious efficiency problem if other service staff and technicians cannot pick up the slack with absences. Undercarriage wiring was not replaced in the wire mounts which could've caused issues with snagging, exposure to moving parts, heat, and the elements. Subpar service all around, and I will be using another dealership for future work.

We bought a used vehicle from Fremont in Casper August 2017. The salesman, Nick Markisich told us it was a clean one owner trade in. We are now trying to sale the vehicle. We pulled a CarFax and it has been owned by 5 people and it had been involving in an accident and Fremont bought a an auction, NOT a trade in. Why are car dealer so deceitful?! I should have had them run me a CarFax before buying. Learned my lesson, NEVER trust a car salesman!

Not happy with the service or lack of service received from Fremont. My vehicle sat in their lot for 3 days without being seen. The service advisor was not helpful and didn't seem to care how long it would take to take care of my car. I definitely won't return to service or purchase a car from here.

I was on a long road trip in the winter and got a frozen DEF tank on an explanation diesel. They went out of their way to get my car in a garage near a heater on I could get back on the road and finish my trip. The service staff was very pleasant and professional.
