Sadly, not at all satisfied. I own one of every generation Dodge Ram. 2 weeks ago my 2020 diesel broke down with an error code (not blaming the truck because things break). They told me since we don’t have an appointment they would not be able to look at it until Monday and would call me. Monday rolls around, no call. Hmmm…maybe they just got busy? So I called Tuesday, and no return call. I called Thursday and they promised me someone would call me back. Guess what? No call. Even though they told me that Friday was their “catch-up day” I had to call them again. So I called…. SURPRISE! They didn’t even have it in the rack for a diagnosis. Well, there is always next week, right? Nope! Apparently they are so busy that they have no clue when they will have the time to even plug it in to see what the issue is. “Next week? Next month? Next year?” I asked. Who knows… My next option is to go down myself with a trailer and tow it to Sheridan where they ALWAYS take care of their customers and call when they say they will call back. I will never use this dealership again. Makes me think twice about buying another Ram. No communication and no interest to even try to care of the customer. I bet Ram corporation would love to hear this feedback along with the owner of the dealership. I read some of the reviews and wonder if someone is paying a bot farm to write positive reviews for their service because it’s the exact opposite of my experience. Please don’t bother responding to this review with the usual “we are sorry sir that you are unsatisfied, we work hard trying to make our customers happy”. You guys are full of it!
