Ordered an item on the website and hadn't heard anything from a delivery service so I called the store. Kyle answered and gave me exactly what I needed, he even hand delivered my item from the store to my house.

Great place to go if you'd like to be ripped off by people who don't even know what they're doing. Best buy is right across the street and has an actual return policy/rewards program.

They have great sales and often, they can also order items for you that can be a little bit harder to get your hands on, if it's on their website they can order it

This location and staff is a joke. Every time I've pre-ordered something, I never get a call saying its arrived. I get lied to by employees saying they called and left voicemails. They don't have the item that I ordered and don't apologize for it. They do not provide good customer service in the handful of times I've been in there and the one older employee (who i think is the mgr) always seems very aloof. I will not be returning to this location.
