I had shoulder length hair and asked the lady with fake ginger hair to cut it to mid neck, but I guess she thought chin would look better. I don’t hate it that much but also not what I asked for!!! She needed to take off half an inch at most but took probably nearly two inches off….

****LAST EDIT - Great Clips never got back to me when I contacted them and emailed pictures of my hair. I went to another salon to get it fixed.
Just avoid this place completely. I know it’s a cheap walk in place, but I would still expect some effort to be put in, instead of just trying to shove customers in and out as quickly as possible with mediocre work.
* I did email a complaint and ask for my money back. I’ve heard of people getting great haircuts there, and apparently I got unlucky with someone that didn’t want to take the time to do a decent job. My google maps shows our visit there was under 30 minutes.

Pros: making an appointment online was easy and they were able to get me in fairly quickly. I didn’t want anything complex so the cut was fast, fine and affordable.
Cons: I walked in and a group of employees were looking at their phones and laughing. I stood awkwardly for a bit before someone got up to help me. When the girl did, she looked at the waiting list that I was at the top of and told me that she was taking the person after me (who wasn’t there yet), awkwardly said sorry and walked away. Another girl came up looking confused and ended up being the one to cut my hair. Turns out the guy the first girl was waiting for was super rich (she told other employees after he left that he sold a company for $60 million) and given her profuse thanks, it was clear he left a substantial tip. She obviously knew this and skipped over me because she wanted the big tip. Pretty unprofessional. I don’t think I’ll be back.

I should’ve read reviews prior, my mistake. Let me be a voice in the mix- do not come here to get you or your child’s hair cut. The only explanation is this was the first haircut she’s ever done in this life. Either way, avoid this place at all costs. It’s genuinely so bad, if I don’t laugh I’ll cry. Have a go at it yourself and save the money, you will likely do a better job.

Rude service and unsanitary, I.E. trimmers and workspace not being properly cleaned, sticky residue with other clients hair over the counter and chair. Also received a cut on my head and the “barber” blamed her negligence on the style being improper from the previous haircut (excuse that makes zero sense). Owner reports and deletes negative reviews, or probably uses a paywalled security measure to keep them hidden. I requested a style and was told no, then asked for a trim but not to touch my bangs. First thing the gal did was shave off more than half my bangs before I could stop her. Contacted the owner who replied “This is the first complaint we’re hearing about this”, refuses to refund or apologize, or to further resolve any issues. This is a scum chain business that is about pushing quantity not quality. Probably have the scalps of some clients hung up in the back room, this is a place of pure horror and zero integrity… STAY AWAY.

Went right in with no online check in, got my cut, my youngest son got his. In and out in under 30min. Great staff, wonderful service.
Plus it only $9.99 a cut.

Had my hair to middle of my back cut to shoulders still to long on top went back but then cut all off in back to short on top sticking up look like a boy from.behind not recommending this store
