Service department is very difficult to get ahold of. Stated issue after diagnosis and then last minute switched their story. Due to their lies and lack of concern vehicle was taken to another mechanic who was very honest and helpful. Unfortunately the lies told by service department at Greiner the party at fault got away with shady and dishonest work.

Service Department at Greiner is very dishonest and fails to answer the phone or call back. They lied about a engine issue being wrong with my vehicle before it was taken into them for repairs on another issue. After this other mechanics were contacted and stated that the engine issue came from initial issue. Due to the fact they stated the engine was destroyed prior we couldn't get any assistance from company at fault for causing entire situation.

Sean Weston was amazing and worked hard to get me a reasonable deal. I definitely made him work to get the numbers I wanted and we were able to get into an amazing brand new vehicle. I highly recommend Sean for your next vehicle.

The service team has a difficult time trouble shooting electronic issues. All they can do is throw parts at an issue until they get lucky, losing money for ford company and my time which equals money as well. When a company relies on the ford trucks to work and make money, we as consumers need better service reliability, it’s not like these trucks are cheap.

They did all of the work on my car in a timely manner and did it with curtesy and explanation.I feel like I can always trust their work and wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

The sales and customer service people are doing their best— but canceling and changing appointments on customers without addressing the issues on the ticket, and without notifying them until the day of, is disrespectful and inappropriate. This happened two months in a row. The first excuse was needing parts to do my recalls (which I later learned was such a nonissue a mobile mechanic can just come and reset my sensors) and the second time they flat out couldn’t find my appointment. I’ve dealt with Ford across the country and I’ve never experienced such mismanagement with customer service.

Great salesman, Jimmy. Yet fiancé and paperwork done by Steve was quite deceiving. I bought all warranties, and when claiming something small found that Steve is an I empathetic cunning person. He ruined my whole experience.

Felisa Smith and Troy Cottrell were absolutely amazing for my sales team, I wanted back into a suv and they got me into a new 2023 escape and I'm thrilled with my purchase thank you! I highly recommend going to Greiner Ford of Casper it's the best dealership in town, they listen to what you want and do their best to get it for you, their not pushy or trying to put you into something you don't want just so they can make a sale like other dealerships in town. Their very easy to work with, extremely friendly and answer any questions you might have. This is my second time buying from them and I'll never make the mistake of going somewhere else again! Give them a try you'll leave a happy customer.And Colby the sales manager made sure I understood all the paperwork I was signing and answered all my questions on that part of my purchase he was very friendly and easy to understand also great to work with.

My F150 was plagued with problems, and the service dept at Lithia Greiner has been terrible. No one answers calls, and no one returns messages, so it became impossible to get any service, warranty repairs or recalls done. I sold the truck and won't even consider buying another Ford until there is a better dealership to do business with.

Slowest oil change ever.Over two hours waiting.Was told it would be 45 minutes.People were nice but, so is my dog. I wouldn't have my dog change my oil either.

I only have one negative thing to say. Do not tell customers they will have their vehicle back in 1 1/2 to 2 hours, if it's actually going to be most of the day before it's done. Otherwise, Dorien did an amazing job trying to keep up the best he could. I was also treated very well and really like the new policy. I got a ride back to work and my truck was delivered to my work and waiting for me when I needed it. Thank you Greiner.

Greiner negotiated a great deal for me and then followed that agreement up with prompt and friendly service. My family has used Greiner before for vehicle purchases and we will do so again. Great folks.
