I went to buy a swamp cooler, and at first no one would help me. Several employees walked past and didn't asked if I needed help. I asked one person that I flagged down and he said, "I will try to find someone for you." No one showed. A person I was with finally went to a cashier who proceeded to call over head, and I finally got assistance. The person that assisted me had no clue how to answer my questions, claiming he was new. As I bought the swamp cooler, since I did some research before buying, I spelled out my name for him, and it was still spelled incorrectly. I Signed up for delivery. Two times I waited for the the cooler to be brought to me. The first time, it wouldn't fit in the delivery car??? That's why it wasn't delivered. The second time, there was no explanation. I decided to get in my vehicle and get it myself. I did get a refund, but the assistant manager did not apologize or act like she cared about the inconvenience. I am not a happy customer, and I do not plan on going back in the future.

I ordered a fridge back in March after not being alerted any of the 3 times my delivery was "rescheduled" only finding out after calling myself on the days they were supposed to be delivered only to be told they were rescheduled. When the day finally came that my fridge would be delivered I get a call that upon unboxing there was a "small dent" so I sent it back and decided to go with a regular fridge no bells and whistles and here we are again the day of my supposed delivery and if I wouldn't have called myself I would have been waiting at home all day long never to receive a phone call. So now here we are in June and I won't be getting my fridge till possibly the middle of June and that's if my delivery isn't rescheduled for the 5th time. Most definitely will not be ordering anything else from this store! I will be taking my business elsewhere!

Casper Home Depot, well it just had its twentieth anniversary. How do I know? Well I worked there from the start as an independent vendor building all the display walls and putting up all the signage. While I usually go to Menards right down the road, Home Depot definitely is the place for certain things. 1. They carry better name brands especially in the power tool section 2. They have a better garden department especially for vegetables, herbs and succulents. 3. They have an active inventory of the store online or through an App so you can find out in-store quantities available. I ordered 20 patio cushions there online that I could see were in stock and used the curbside pickup so I didn't have to wait for an employee to search in back stock. Worked like a charm. I parked and less than 60 seconds later they were brought out to my truck for loading. Have to admit I was impressed. The worker was super friendly and chatted me up while I loaded them.

Make sure your fully aware of the return policy. I had purchased a item and had my receipt and asked for store credit because they didn’t have a replacement in stock. When I did get the item and had a issue Home Depot wouldn’t honor their product because they don’t guarantee returns when store credit is used.

I’m an Army Veteran. I ordered flooring online. When I arrived to pick up my order I was told I couldn’t get a military discount because the flooring was a special order. Odd that this has never been an issue at any other Home Depot. Just be aware if you’re a veteran that the military discount that is touted by Home Depot is conditional in Casper.

DELIVERY TIME! Our purchase was scheduled for between 8AM and 10AM. That was good. Then we get a notice that the delivery time will be between 6AM and 8PM. That means I will have to be home ALL DAY! NOT ACCEPTABLE! and paid $79 for this crappy service!!! This is total Horse Pucky!!

We were broke down in town needed supplies and John, in the wire section, assisted us well with our needs, and more, and was a friendly man. He too is a christian and we had a few things we were able to discuss and get information from him, regarding that, in town.

Building a home, have given Menards a couple different chances and have had horrible costumer service, two times they lost our order or could not find it. Spend hours in store with them. Gave them one more chance with a very large purchase of countertops for bathroom and kitchen. We had to pay for them at time of order. They were supose to let us know of an issue they had with measurements 2 weeks ago and we just found out through the guys who were supose to install. No sign of countertops or even our order and no phone call, Menards is being a nightmare!! We payed a LOT of money, we need to close on our house soon and if we can't because of not countertops it will be a lot of money lost. They need to make it right!!!!! I just don't understand this!

As a small business owner that spends thousands on wood for a successful sign business and has maxed out her HD credit card on recent new kitchen flooring and bedrooms carpet...you would hope for better customer service!! I have had plywood cut into 10" strips before and see others have this same service done for projects at other stores...but not today. I stood at the saw for 20 minutes while Joe ignored me chatting it up with another customer...even going to get her a cart and then pushing her cart to another area to discuss wood...in all my years of purchasing lumber no one has ever done that for me...he was bluntly ignoring me so he wouldn't have to make the cuts. Rude rude rude...I shop Home Depot instead of Menards for better pricing but now I think I will pay more for better customer service!

I feel bad about having to give this Home Depot one star...should be a no-star option. For years I have gone to this pathetic store because there were no options. Then Menards opened for a bit they stepped up their game. Since a couple of years have gone by they are back to their poor customer service ways. If you know exactly what you want and where to find it...give them a try, as like all Home Depots they carry some good stuff. God help you if you need help...first finding somebody, and then finding somebody that knows anything. Plus...the attitude of helping customers seems lost on this Casper group. I am finally done with them after buying a highly rated (and expensive) toilet in an open box. Didn't want to, but the surely person we had to track down said it would be 20 minutes to get another toilet from the shelf...so like an idiot, I bought it. Took it home, installed it...leaks. Had a hairline fracture on it. Called Home Depot and I can't bring it back so have to call the toilet company instead even though Home Depot sold the defective product. Nice. That story aside...they are a terrible store. I avoid them whenever I can and their customer service (lack there of) is legendary in Casper. Menards is a bit farther up the road, but a good extra 5 minutes well spent.

Huge improvement over past visits. I've seen an increase in employees help and knowledge. I didn't go 2 minutes without seeing an employee or being asked if i was finding what i needed. They have Totes for a great price and are more durable than what Wall-Mart or Target offer! also check out the clearance end caps! great deals!

Once there is an attitude of disdain for customers that has taken root at a retailer, regardless of the type of business (from a hair salon to a home improvement store), it is apparent to all who choose to do business with said retailer that their patronage means very little.....This "disdain" can be nixed or nurtured by management. After meeting Jason, a night manager at our local Home Depot, it was clear to me that as a customer I was a bother versus someone who's business he valued. That same attitude was reflected in the employee attending the customer service desk. Very poor customer service.Very poor management. Very disappointed that at such a large retailer that their staff isn't better versed or prepared at dealing with customer service
