Nice customer service, and I've practically become acquainted with some of the employees there. Of course, the prices are high because it's a chain, but it's still a pretty good store to go to in the dying mall.

The hot topic in Casper Wyoming has a salesman who thinks that number means more than the customer service, which was terrible. The kid was high on Marijuana. At the end of the problem, the kid forgot to take care of the tag, so I was not able to wear it and had to take the shirt to the Idaho hot topic to remove the tag. I would hope the management would take care of this. It was sad that they didn't care about customer service. I think drug testing would be appropriate. Thank you for checking into this.

I gave Hot Topic a 3 star rating. The reason why I have Hot Topic a 3 star rating is because it's has good items (i.e. clothing, keychains, accessories, ect). But in a way the when it comes to the sales one day it says one sale, the next day it says a different sale. Also some the employees were a little bit rude when my husband and I went there after my husband's surgery. But in my opinion I think Hot Topic is an okay place to shop every once in a while.

Staff were friendly. Shop was nice and open. Staff apologized for low stock and it's completely understandable considering the shipping issues.
