Let me start by saying Taybor (hope I spelled that correctly) was amazing and so helpful with all of our questions (which was A LOT).
We switched over from AT&T, after they gave us nothing but trouble, headaches & stress. We came in, and they helped us port over our service and all the little details in between with no trouble at all.
He was so patient with us.
I bought the Motorola Razor and he has a Razor as well so he was helping with other details I had no idea about!
I can't thank him enough and the other staff on how easy the process and what an amazing job they did for us.
They had excellent customer service.
I would not have gotten ANY of this great customer service at AT&T. I am so happy we switched to T-Mobile! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

Customers are still rolling in, the store has been packed with folks all day. I have not seen this level of excellence in a very long time. They both deserve to be acknowledged and given a raise.
