Jonah Bank has offered one of the best banking experiences I have ever had. I left a larger bank to work with Jonah and I have never regretted that choice. They are extremely responsive, even proactive, to make sure that I have all the information I need. If you're starting a small business, do it at Jonah Bank because they are amazing.

Jonah has always been great to work with, but they have been particularly amazing throughout the covid confusion. They have been extremely responsive to phone calls and e-mails. Whether I was calling for help with the PPP loan, or regular banking items, I've gotten quick and efficient help. My boyfriend is even switching over from his bank because he has been so impressed with how I've been treated. Thank you Jonah Bank!

We switched our business to Jonah Bank a year ago, and I am blown away. I had no idea how much a bank could be a partner in our success until now. With the recent crisis, our banker (Michele!) has bent over backwards on our behalf and has been working the longest hours and weekends too to help ensure the small business community in Wyoming survives the economic setbacks. It's incredible. Much respect to Jonah Bank - perhaps the best example of a business truly living their values that I have encountered.

Everyone at the downtown Cheyenne branch, go above and beyond expectations to deliver incredible service. We are a small business and needed a bank willing to understand our unusual business. Because they're new in town, they seem to be a little friendlier than most, with a helpful loan department and good accounts for seniors. They've also got the western charm going big time. Who could resist socking away a few pennies in a "saddle-up" account?
