Not my favorite. Told me an estimate for a fix than was $170 more than on the receipt, and when i left, my brakes weren’t working like before— still working, but felt jerky and hiccupy.
When my dad came in to talk to them about the issue they got very defensive and disrespectful.

I was passing through Casper and my engine overheated . On a Friday, with all the hotels in town full up for some rodeo and all the mechanics in town booked up. I thought I would have to sleep under a bridge till Monday. These kind folks helped me out of a jam, they moved me to the front of the queue and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly at a very reasonable price. They seem to work on everything, if you have some oddball vehicle they will happily work on it as long as it has an internal combustion engine. Highly recommend

They are the greatest…. They went totally out of their way to help me. Let me know every step of the way what was and Was Not wrong with my car. The most honest that I have found in Casper and a great bunch of people I will be recommending them to everybody

Man, KB Auto saved the day. We had a battery light come on 30 miles out of town. I was referred to KB by a friend who was also from out of town and KB took great care of them. Long story short in and out in 2.5 hours new alternates, serpentine belt, old change and air filters! Many blessings and thanks to Dominic and his crew. You guys hook it up brother!

GREAT SERVICE! I had an oil leak that just started coming from my oil cooler, 2 days before I had to drive down to Cheyenne. I brought my Tahoe into KB on the spur of the moment. 2 hours later, the fittings were tightened up, oil topped off, and my Tahoe was ready.

JFKs recommended I call these guys. So, I talked to pleasant woman on the phone about working on an older Polaris jet ski... Sl780. Told me the guy would be in later that afternoon. He would be happy to talk to me. I actually fixed the issue before I made it there. But I guarantee I will be using them in the future if I have any issues again!! Thanks for being kind!

I was surprised they got me in so quick and tried to be flexible with my schedule. I’m a mother of five kids and this was our primary vehicle so it was very important to me to have it done at a specific time. They worked so hard to make that happen and even got it done early! I was not so concerned with the price so my review doesn’t reflect that part but their ability to work around people’s needs was impressive. I’ll come back and review the cars repair later as I find out how it goes but I’m sure it’ll be great! Don’t let look deceive you, it’s a good shop! Thanks again KB!

KB Mechanics saved our vacation! We are out of towners on our way to Yellowstone when our vehicle started overheating. It was near closing time but they still got us in, diagnosed the issue, and completed the service (even stayed after closing time). I would highly recommend them and I would go back if we lived there!! THANK YOU!!

Best family owned mechanic shop I’ve ever been to. Very very helpful, kind and respectful. I recommend this mechanic shop to everyone. We broke down and they made sure we made it to there shop and helped us get to a hotel. I really appreciate them for being so helpful.
