This little restaurant always lands on its feet! It's newest location is sublime and makes Casper feel just a tad more shiny. Same great people running it with the same great food. The bar is great too.Vegetarian options: Could improve here

The food is great and so is the service! One of our favorite places.
We are a local favorite with a family flare that has been serving Casper since 1996, known for our smothered bean and cheese burritos and tacos that are deep fried and puff up into a beautiful golden brown shell. Our staff and our food will take you to a place of comfort and a vacation at the same time. Come sip on our crafted margaritas while you dine in Casper's favorite.
