My husband went there today for the first time and it was a horrible experience. He came out of the washer with matching scratches and chipped paint on both sides of his truck as well as damage to his fender. He has filed a report with the manager who we hope will do their job to make this right and pay for the damages as we can not pay outright to fix it and be reimbursed or just cover the costs ourselves. In my husband's frustration with the whole situation he forgot to ask for a refund and was not even offered one by the manager. He will be returning tomorrow to get a refund on the $17 wash that trashed our truck as well as see where they are in the process of getting his truck fixed. We will NEVER use their wash again and would never recommend others to use them either... plus the wash didn't even do very good there were still streaks of dirt and spots all over. Very very disappointed and hope they make this right.

This location is fine at best. This is going to be an honest review. It's pretty annoying to pull up to the vacuums only to find they're not working or not working well. The employees park at the vacuums so on busier days that's pretty annoying. In the last year it feels like the cleaning solutions they have for you to use have been watered down. There are so many times I will go in to wash my mats and the machine either isn't on or isn't working. If you have your vents on when you enter the wash your car will smell terrible. I don't know what it is, but it's not pleasant. It honestly is a sewer type of smell. The car wash itself rinses your car at best. But anything stuck to it really doesn't come off. The staff seems nice and helpful if you do need them. But if you're going to think about paying for a monthly membership I'd test other car washes in town. The location on 2nd street is nicer, but good luck going there on a busy weekend and trying to get out of that lot.Service: Vacuuming

Paid $22 for a car wash to get the bugs off my truck from a road trip and it's still covered in bug guts, even after I spent 10 minutes scrubbing myself with their "bug solution". Will absolutely be going elsewhere from now on. Disappointing.

Cleans my truck every time. No bugs with the bug prep station. Free air fresheners don't last long but smell good for a week.

Love the free vacuums. Love when the dispenser is stocked with air fresheners in the fast lane. Love that I can go thru twice if I feel like it.

Spent 25 bucks there, my hood and tail gate were still dirty, there was still soap on my rig at the end and now that my rig is dry there are scuff marks all down both sides... thanks for EFFING me in the drive through... Don't take your rig there if you own a black one, you will see how poor the quality is

My wife and I have a monthly membership for unlimited car washes. It is a pretty simple process and the actual wash itself isn’t too bad. The part I don’t like is during the warm weather when all the bugs are out the front of our pick up, and the windshield get covered in lots of bugs, and if you run through the car wash, most of the bugs will still be there. They have a separate area that you can go to before going through the car wash and you can put some bug solution on your windshield and your vehicle, and do some scrubbing ahead of time, but in my opinion, if you’re going to pay for a car wash that should be included in the service. I understand that washing the inside of your windows and vacuuming out your interior is some thing that you can do yourself with the vacuums provided but as far as the exterior cleaning whether it’s a one time thing or the paid membership bug removal should be included and a priority.

The absolute worst car wash you can imagine...I and multiple others in Casper are getting their windshields cracked literally from no crack to split down the entire windshield w no liability other than offering to give you free car washes and destroy your new windshield...having gotten automated car washes now for 26 years I've never had a single crack EVER but now me AND multiple others in Casper at the 2 Let er Buck locations get to enjoy spending 100s replacing our windshields the teenage girl running the place saying well we use cold water and on a "hot" (it was 70 degrees out) day will cause windshields to crack and so there's no liability at all. If ya don't mind buying yourself a new windshield go get a wash there bc who in the hell knows what's goin on but theyll tell ya it's normal to crack windshields. Try Rocky Mountain or ANY other place or self-wash your car over this dump! I tried it and had to buy a new windshield bc of that mistake.

They're pretty decent. I had a membership there for awhile. They have mat cleaners, cleaning products, vacuums, garbage bag/air fresheners/wipes. Their car wash isn't touchless and just does an "okay" job at cleaning.I recently canceled my membership and have switch to Rocky Mountain Car Wash. They have Soft touch, touch less and manual car wash bays all included in the membership. They also have vacuums. Their touch less wash does a WAY better job than Let Er Bucks soft-touch.
