Incredibly rude pharmacist over the phone. In person, the staff always seem really impatient and don’t care at all about your needs or concerns. Won’t be using them again.

I have been using Medicap for years. Top notch pharmacy with professional and knowledgeable staff. Refills are always speedy and in stock unlike my previous pharmacies always had to order and cause shortages. Best pharmacy around hands down.

So I love my pharmacy! I had to sit for a while to get my meds filled and because I sat so long and wasn't feeling well Kristin Saul hand delivered flowers to apologize. It's so amazing to know that even when they have hundreds and hundreds of customers they still care for every single one of them individually. Thank you to all the staff at Medicap for always being there when I need you.

If you have to get a expensive medication do NOT use this pharmacy. They will complaine about the price they have to pay compared to what your paying! That should never be told to the customer! (I am now being told I need to take my review down this will not happen worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with)

They started out great..Waited for 3 separate deliveries that never arrived..Eric Saul the owner refilled a prescription he knew I was unable to swallow for $42..instead of making an adjustment with the correct medication..he blamed it on the Drs. office and said his hands were tied..
