I will never take my vehicle anywhere else after our experience with these fine gentlemen. They went above and beyond for my family and our visit went very well our car wasn’t blowing cold and they recharged the system and fixed the leak within a couple hours. Thanks Casper Midas crew you guys are amazing!

Incredible service with very kind employees who helped describe the (many) issues in our truck without making me feel bad. The empathy for the cost was evident as we joked about maxing out credit cards. They were quick, efficient, and very nice. Will definitely come back for my other car soon (but hopefully not too soon. I got a credit card to pay ?).

I'm not sure about Midas, but I'm not a mechanic either. Went in for an alignment. They told us we need new shocks too. We just had new ones put on about 3000 miles ago, so I'm not sure I trust that opinion. That's all that concerns me.
They were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, though, and did tell us about a tire issue we have. Keeping us safe is important and greatly appreciated!

The workers are professional and the waiting area is clean. I don’t feel like they try to pressure me to get more work than my car needs at the time, although they diagnose everything that needs checked.

Midas in Casper is outstanding. I’ve been to them over a period of years for some major and some maintenance work. It’s not inexpensive, really no place is, but the car comes back fixed. Recently, I had a flat tire on a Sunday and ended up at a Walmart where they told me that in addition to new tires I needed a brake job. I thanked them and took it to Midas. They didn’t even charge me to look at the brakes and tires and told me that they were 50 percent.. They could’ve replaced my brakes and I would not have known the difference. But they didn’t. I certainly appreciate that. It’s good to have a mechanic you can trust.

Friendly, professional - had them visually inspect brakes and they were honest about them not needing any work. As a single woman, I've had bad experiences with shops trying to rip me off so it was very nice they didn't try to do that. Also, on a Saturday morning as I was on my way out of town, I was having trouble getting air into one of my tires. I went in to make an appt for an oil change and asked if they could help me with it while I was there and they graciously did so :)
