I have worked at NOWCAP Rock Springs for more than 7 years in a few different capacities. Many opportunities to learn and grow and have a great time every day providing opportunities for our participants to do the same.

I am grateful for my employment at NOWCAP Services. Working here allowed me to discover my passion for healthcare/human services, and has given me skills that have benefited me as a CNA. There are some things about this company that I disagree about, but I am very fortunate that I was able to provide care to the residence on-campus. They will all have a special place in my heart. If you are interested in pursuing a career in healthcare/human services, NOWCAP is a great start!
