Horrid service for bringing items, is utterly lazy and won't take items they don't feel like dealing with. brought in a brand new bedside bassinet a seater pillow and 2 baby baths and before we even sat the stuff down they told us they wouldn't even touch any of it but the bassinet. then proceeded to look over the brand new bassinet and a stitch was out from factory mishap leaving a hole the same size as the holes in the mesh netting and told us they won't accept it. I have gone in looking for clothes for my 3yr old and my 6mo old and have seen cloths and toys covered in holes, stains, and reaking of cigarettes, still asking close to retail prices for used items. It's totally unacceptable!

Holly is rude and most of the staff also sucks but Holly is the worst and I've had problems with her every time I go in there. That is all. Thank you.

Wow has this store went down hill. They sell so many clothes that have stains and holes. From what I can tell with the donations, if you know someone there all your stuff is accepted even though the stuff they accept are blow their “standards”. I get that they are gently used but do better.

I don't know where the negative reviews on this place come from. They have a great selection, and the prices are excellent. When we had an issue with a jacket we bought, they were understanding, apologetic, and accommodating. We use them each year when we come to Casper, as we can't purchase appropriate winter clothes for Wyoming, where we live in LA.

Huge rant to this establishment! If I could do 0 star I would! Went to do some school shopping for my nephew, asked to use the fitting room and they forgot within 2 seconds that we asked for it. After that went up to the register to check out where a girl with a green Mohawk watched us walk up then turned around and started doing something else. Sure maybe she was busy but could have communicated that and the other 3 different girls standing back there seen us standing at the register for a solid minute before me and my sister looked at each other and said seriously and just walked out. RUDE RUDE RUDE employee’s there!! And from the other reviews we weren’t the only ones this happened to! I hate leaving bad reviews but dang! Get it together with customer service!

Extremely unfriendly. Especially to the people "Donating" their items. I've had better experiences at the DMV and that's saying something. These people are miserable. Either sell your stuff on your own or Give your items to people who actually need and deserve them. Do not give these people the opportunity to profit off of your charity.

Paid $60 for a swing, got home and it would not swing properly or stay on. I had an emergency c-section and am already disabled, getting back in took a bit between visits. When I brought it in she replaced the batteries, showed me it does actually work! And then pulled the batteries back out. It was so cheap and rude, for an expensive item. You sold it with dead batteries, unscrewed it, put new ones in, back out, screwed it back together. Just WOW.
We dropped a box of clothes off to sell. I didn't even think about it again until 2 days later (one of my fun disabilities) and when I was able to get back in, another lady said "You need to come get the leftovers because we don't get paid to take it to donate." Nobody is ever smiling in there.
At this point we just go because it's still cheaper than buying new and we are still in fast growth stages.
2 stars because the younger girls are nice!

They have such nice clothes for the price! Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was able to get enough clothes for my baby to last until she's a toddler! 100% would recommend visiting here.

They are way to picky with what brand they take even if it's in pristine condition. When I have shopped there, I have found way worse items on their racks, then I have ever brought in.

It's an OK place, went in to find some toys for my son, staff weren't too helpful. My biggest issue was that there was this drunk emo/goth guy outside of the store waving some sort of stick at the store, mumbling something about gender relations, ending a dry spell, and sickos. I went up to him and the stench of booze, vomit, and tobacco hit me like a truck. I said to him, "what do you think you're doing"? He replied, "I'm casting a circle of protection on the store, to ward off sickos and I'm also getting ready to get laid, to end my dry spell". I said to him, "you're sick". He got out his stick wand and said, "you're just a troll, picking on an autistic"-waved his wand at me and said, "have fun with a 4 year long dry spell, troll". He then stumbled away, probably harassing some more people. Casper really needs to do something about their homeless problem.

This specific store has never been super friendly, so getting short answers wasn’t a surprise to me. However, when the gal tossed my receipt across the counter at me, I knew I needed to say something.As I was checking out, I asked if they had any snow gear out. The gal checking me out looked at me like I had 2 heads and said with a pretty snippy attitude, “we don’t have them out yet.” I followed up by asking when they think they might have them out. The other gal who has been rude to me and others on MANY occasions said “you should know we have a coat event”, again in a very rude manner.Then, the gal checking me out bagged up my stuff, tossed the receipt across the counter at me and said “here.”Honestly, it is truly so disheartening that these gals are allowed to act this way to customers. I wish the management/owner would take these reviews and change something with the customer service side of things.The new facility is wonderful and clean, I just wish the customer service matched.

I LOVE this store & all the wonderful girls who work here!! They have a huge selection! All the employees & the owner are seriously always the nicest ever!! I live in Cheyenne now & I drive the 5 hour round trip just to go to this store!! Huge thank you to all who work here & make it so nice to shop here!! (:
