I've switched in the last year and am so impressed with the customer service and product lines! This last Sat was customer appreciation day which at most stores yields you a few percent off purchase. Not at K&M, I received 25% off my purchases (no disqualifying products that I found) and they loaded my happy hound up with a half dozen FREE food items, a couple of them being same size while others were full product bag! We made the mistake of bothering her while she was on her cellphone at the register. She was immediately rude and visibly annoyed that we dared ask for her help. The vibe was so uninviting that we just left. I later called and talked to Ethan who was incredibly sweet when I explained what happened; he invited me back and we ended up using their services after all, though piercing girl gave us a tremendous side eye when he had to ring us up in the front. Maybe this gal should work in the back if she hates people so much?

505 Newport Road, CasperI brought my great Pyrenees in who has been out in the rain in the water all week and her fur was in such disarray that I couldn't even brush her. The manager Nicole, took great care of us and they worked 5 hours on getting Lucy all brushed out and shampooed and looking like she did when she was a puppy. The managers professionalism and personal touch was phenomenal. I will not take Lucy anywhere else from now on. I cannot recommend this group of people with any higher applause, thank you all so very much!

2913 Belmont Rd, CasperI was taking my bloodhound to a chain pet store that offered grooming services once a month for 5 years and they just kept getting worse and worse and more expensive and more expensive I finally gave up and quit going to them and then I read the reviews on wag and Wash. I am in shock at how well Kevin turned my 12-year-old bloodhound to a beautiful young pup her toenails were clipped her ears were clean as I've never seen them clean before he is one of my favorite people in the whole world right now if you have a pet the requires a lot of maintenance go to wag and Wash she was even calm when I got there to pick her up no hypertension nothing I may have to put them in my will LOL

Ark Animal Hospital
4171 Swingle Rd, Casperjust a couple of months after moving to casper from out of state my 16 yr old cat, started showing signs of illness. I called The Ark from a Google search, they got him in the very same day. I sadly had to make the decision to not let him suffer. The staff was amazing and so kind through the entire process. The Dr was amazing and genuinely showed compassion for me and my cat. I have since taken my kitten in for care and again was showed kindness, compassion and empathy. I will use the ark animal hospital for all of my future veterinary needs. I would also recommend them at every opportunity. The front desk staff were so amazing, so friendly and welcoming. I haven't been to such a compassionate place since I had a horse as a teen. That's says a lot as I am now in my 50's and never haven't had a animal. I would rate them 10 stars if I could.

I have come in a couple times before and have always had an excellent experience and amazing service. The staff is always very friendly! Last summer my cat Wally was diagnosed with FIP, it was such a scary time and we weren’t sure if he was going to make it but with the care and compassion from Rocky Mountain 100% contributed to his recovery!!!
My dog just recently went through a very serious health scare and I believe with no doubt that my Joey wouldn’t be here without Dr Maddy & Dr Evans. They are available 24/7, even if I just had a question late at night. I will always 100% bring my pets here for their care. I am forever grateful to these two wonderful woman and their amazing staff. They have saved two of my babies lives. 100-10 recommended

3163 Prospector Dr, CasperIf you live on the west side, you'd be hard pressed to get better care for your critters. One of my cats had and injury from an altercation. I was lucky and got him in within the hour after I new he was hurt bad enough he needed care. Megan identified the injury quickly. Gave him and anti biotic injection and pain meds. Is wasn't cheap but for exceptional care I didn't mind paying the bill. Skeeter was in my lap this morning making bread, his way of thanking me for his feeling better. He is doing great and wants out, but he's stuck in house for a few days. It always amazes me how comfortable my cats are with vets here, they somehow know they are in good hands.

After just three weeks with them he now is a perfect gentleman. The staff there has been exceptional and are very talented at training dogs. It may be costly, but so worth it to have a well trained dog I can take anywhere now!

631 S Ash St, CasperWe enjoy beans they roast (especially the Berry Bomb Ethiopian). We enjoyed their chai and mint fog. The mint fog was not oversweet, and their chai had a good balance in spices. We have also enjoyed their espresso drinks - the espresso is generally balanced and not bitter or too sharp-tasting.
Copper Cup has been very busy the times we have went, and this can be stressful for the staff. We found the staff managed the constant flow with grace, good humor, and efficiency--great job!

The beer was cold and refreshing, had the vanilla cream ale, wish they weren't out of the orange creamsicle. Will definitely make sure to come back before I leave Casper. I ordered the Casper's Friendly Pizza again. Hey, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I had a lemonade this time but I didn't care for it. It didn't have much flavor. So I'll stick to water in the future.
1st visit (2025): The food was very good. I ordered the Caspers Friendly Pizza. Service was pretty good with Skyler. There were a couple of issues that she had to contend with but otherwise a great time.

Karen and Jim have done an amazing job with their establishment. We frequent The Office almost weekly. You have to try all of the Gyro dishes! You won't be disappointed.
