“If you're not buying your pet need products here, you should give them a try vs the big box stores. I've switched in the last year and am so impressed with the customer service and product lines! This last Sat was customer appreciation day which at most stores yields you a few percent off purchase. Not at K&M, I received 25% off my purchases (no disqualifying products that I found) and they loaded my happy hound up with a half dozen FREE food items, a couple of them being same size while others were full product bag! They carry high quality food and were very knowledgeable regarding their products. See you soon K&M, and thanks!!”

Yes, I had to order it, I would have paid $10 more, but not more than double to buy from a different box store. ***** I purchased a few dog items, toys, pads, on those the prices were comparable.”
“Jodi and the staff are amazing. I drove up there from the Denver area to adopt a certain dog. They coordinated with me really well. Helped to make this happen. It took an extra day but it was well worth it and necessary. Rescue a dog from here. They knew the dog well and put his needs first. ❤️”

“just a couple of months after moving to casper from out of state my 16 yr old cat, started showing signs of illness. I called The Ark from a Google search, they got him in the very same day. I sadly had to make the decision to not let him suffer. The staff was amazing and so kind through the entire process. The Dr was amazing and genuinely showed compassion for me and my cat. I have since taken my kitten in for care and again was showed kindness, compassion and empathy. I will use the ark animal hospital for all of my future veterinary needs. I would also recommend them at every opportunity. The front desk staff were so amazing, so friendly and welcoming. I haven't been to such a compassionate place since I had a horse as a teen. That's says a lot as I am now in my 50's and never haven't had a animal. I would rate them 10 stars if I could.”
