“I actually enjoy grocery shopping when I go to Casper's Sam's Club! It's my Saturday morning routine. The people who work there make it seem like a genuinely fun place to be! Andre has always given me the MOST excellent customer service and makes any small snag with my customer experience a PLEASURE. He is amazing. Also shout out to Elva and Leah who are also bright spots on my Saturday morning Sam's trip.”

“We went in to get passport photos. Dedosha met us at the door and explained a promotion going on. We left, but came back an hour later to get the photos. Again she met us at the door, remembered that we had been there before. She was very helpful, finding the products we would use to take advantage of the promotion. She was very polite, even telling the person on her phone that she had to go because she was with a customer. We enjoyed working with her.”

“There are two great Albertsons here in the small town of Casper; this being the larger of the two sister stores. This store is complete with a full service Butcher Block, with ACTUAL BUTCHERS who can custom cut you just about anything off the farm you can imagine. A fully stocked liquor store up front is sure to have something to wet your whistle and help get you through these windy, freezing, Wyoming winter nights. Was also glad to see such great social distancing and safety measures in place offering a safe shopping experience for everyone who came in. The entire team up front delivers exceptional service while making you feel like a welcomed member of their small town community. But I also love the convenience of the self-checkout machines up front when I only need a few things and get in and out quick!”
“Awesome! Julian and his coworkers went well above expectations to assist me. I'm from New England and in Casper due to a family emergency and i didn't bring enough of Meds. I explained my situation with Julian and pharmacist, they called my pharmacy and Doctor's back home for approvals and provided me with the meds I needed. What's even more important they did all of this quickly so I could return to the ICU to spend time helping my daughter in recovery from suregery.”

“I have heard some horror stories about this place and was a little uneasy when I had to send my sons prescription there! However, from the gentleman working the front, to the ladies in the pharmacy, everything was great! Very kind and upfront about wait times. I even got a discout on my prescription, which I was very grateful for! My insurance isnt contracted out to them, so I wont be sending my stuff there, but in a bind, everyone was amazing and I hope they know how grateful I am for them!!”

“The gas is slightly cheaper than other locations in town, but they do not have diesel. Getting in and out can be hectic depending on the time of the day. If you are pulling a trailer don’t go here.”
