“I confess. I am a lover of fresh, delicious food. And that is why for years I avoided Sam’s Club. It isn’t Costco, I reasoned, but I was both wrong and right.
My Sam’s Club in Casper Wyoming has fresh produce just short of grapes-hanging-off the-vineyards-of-Italy.
It’s true: bulging, sweet, fat grapes; strawberries like picture postcards; blackberries the size of walnuts; fat, green asparagus; creamy, round giants otherwise known as cauliflower, and on and on.
The chilled enclave with the words PRODUCE over the entryway is both an innovation and a gift.

“I don't remember who was working the front on 12/16/2025, but he was very nice and considerate.
My truck happen to have a flat in the Walmart parking lot, and we ended up having to have all 4 tires replaced.
He was willing to take a portable air pump to air up the flat so we could drive it over to Sam's without potentiallly damaging the rim. He then offered to fix the tire, and if they could, I wouldn't have to replace the tires.
Now we still did, but I really appreciate the extra mile this team was willing to go for us. They were even willing to stay late and replace the tires because it was a total flat.
I didn't make them stay late because we had another vehicle we could use for another day 😉
I was really impressed by the team's willingness to get the extra mile. Should get a raise!”

“We were traveling through the area and I needed a prescription filled. I transferred it around 8 o’clock in the morning and Within a couple hours, I got noticed that it was ready to be picked up. Then I got to the store and was taken care of so quickly by an incredibly friendly and efficient staff member. Bravo CVS!”
“We stopped here to get some goodies for some friends and get some gas some might say the gas is a little expensive but from where I live it's very good priced.”

You can tell she is very educated and cares about my safety with my meds. She goes above and beyond time and time again. I appreciate that professionalism! Picking up my prescriptions is fast and easy and I really appreciate the text notification when they are ready.”

“Taking care of my family and birthing our children since 1992! I COULD WRITE A NOVEL ABOUT HOW MUCH I LOVE MY FAMILY at WYOMING FAMILY PRACTICE ! My favorite is that Dr.Balls delivered my youngest grandson in 2020 and Dr. Cox gave him his first immunizations!! The OTHER Dr Ruidosovich delivered my son Gunner Haynes in 1993 and our beloved Dr. Allergeigen from McCook , Nebraska was even here in the 1990s...I love you BARB, CHRIS ,JOANNE, CANDY, SHERRY & every single nurse and doctor there ! Thank you so much for caring for us mind body & spirit ! Dr.Kirsh and Dr. Thrasher I can't imagine a life without you !!! My latest love and hopefully 4 ever doctor is Larissa JENNIngs !!! “Amy was INCREDIBLE! There was a mix up with me and my doctor about where my meds were supposed to be sent. This was a SUPER stressful situation as my meds are for my mental health. Amy was super communicative and sweet about the situation. She assured me that they would do all they could to help me. And in the end, we were able to get my meds sorted. Walmart, raise this woman's pay because she was amazing!”

“This location is good. The staff are friendly. They are super helpful. The pharmacy wait times vary based on the date,i.e. 1st, 15th, 30th. The products are fresh. The biggest downfall are their freezers.They need to be replaced, but it seems like corporate doesn't intend to fix the problem.
Overall it is clean and convenient.”
“Typical chain pharmacy. I was disappointed because my Rx was specifically for a branded med, I was assured over the phone and at the counter that it was branded, but when they handed it over, it was generic. They fixed it, but it meant another two day wait and another visit. I'll continue to use Walgreens because it's convenient but I wish Casper had an independent pharmacy.”

“The gas is slightly cheaper than other locations in town, but they do not have diesel. Getting in and out can be hectic depending on the time of the day. If you are pulling a trailer don’t go here.”
