So I am a big Tito’s Vodka person. Always paid 19.99 plus taxes for 750ml, in most places in Casper Wyoming. I swung by Poplar Wine and Spirits, and guess how much they charged 24.10 for the same 750ml. I didn’t realize till I got home because I got something else. Went back to make sure they did not charge me by mistake, the lady at the counter said per Wyoming rules, they can charge whatever. Whoa! NEVER ever going back.
