She did half a job, no effort when I bought most expensive pedicure package. They didn't use ghe polish i chose used another brand, i had ask to complete the callous removal which was main feature i chose, Then I had to ask to have all the excess paraffin wax removed from my feet then they put something that smelled like sour milk on my feet and legs. Cost $71 and I still tipped $10 in cash. All Around terrible.

Update: Day 4 (Day 1 of the brand new set) and anither nail chipped. Changing my review to 1 star. It's absolutely pointless to go back now, unless I just ask for my money back all together. Unreal - never have I had an issue with Dips until now.
Went in for a new set of dips. I've had issues here before, but after a year thought I'd try again. In a matter of 3 days, I returned 3 separate times for peeling and cracking. They did, yes, attempt to fix twice at no charge (I still tipped, again though). The 3rd time they decided to take them off and put a whole new set on, as they hadn't used the dip powder to begin with. My nails had grown so long and pretty, and now, I have nothing but nubs. They didn't ask the first time how I wanted them shaped. And the complete new set I said Sqoval and got round something or other.... You look at what I went in with, compared to what I came home with, and tell me if you'd go back. This was a complete new set - I'm sorry if what they did the first time didn't work, I didn't ask for whatever was used the first time, and I'm sorry I returned for a broken nail to be fixed the 2nd day, and then returned again on day 3 for another broken nail - I get you were taking time out of your schedule to fix your mistake (but still got tipped a second time), but to leave my nails like this the 3rd time? Come on!

Awful awful ! Got greeted by a growling dog , that I had to tell them to handle! I should of walked out right then ! This stupid lady cut my toenail so far back that I got an infection and couldn't walk for a few days, now 3 weeks later I still can't put tennis shoes on cause my toe is still in pain ??? DO NOT USE THIS PLACE !!!

They did not take their time and the nails are not good at all. They also were not gentle while doing my nails.

I walked in one day and got Maddy to do my nails. I will not go anywhere else as long as she is there! She does an amazing job on my nails! She's a cool chick! super an nice an hold great conversation! The detail she puts into her nail work is the best I've seen in Casper thus far!!!

Made my nails not equal the French was not the same they were bumpy and he kept burning my skin and got the nail glue on Mt fingers

Super Rude! Made an appointment for Mom and I to get pedicures done at the same time. With the icy roads and road closures, we had a hard time getting there so we were late. I apologized and explained why we were late. They told us where to sit and a woman started working on my Mom. The other woman was just sitting up front doing nothing. I finally caught her eye and said I was ready. She pointed to the woman working on my Mom and told me she would do mine when finished. I told her we didn't have time for that so we would just do Moms. Angrily pointing her finger at me, she loudly stated, "You late!" Over and over again, she repeated that interlaced with other phrases in her native language....I told her she needed to stop and that we would not be returning. Then another woman walked in. As she began working on her, they spoke in a normal tone which I paid no attention to until she got loud again pointed at me stating, ..."and she late... And she late!". That was it for me. And I told Mom we would be leaving once they were done cutting her toenails. We paid for that and left. Just don't go!! It's not worth being treated like that!
