Service Department at Greiner is very dishonest and fails to answer the phone or call back. They lied about a engine issue being wrong with my vehicle before it was taken into them for repairs on another issue. After this other mechanics were contacted and stated that the engine issue came from initial issue. Due to the fact they stated the engine was destroyed prior we couldn't get any assistance from company at fault for causing entire situation.

My F150 was plagued with problems, and the service dept at Lithia Greiner has been terrible. No one answers calls, and no one returns messages, so it became impossible to get any service, warranty repairs or recalls done. I sold the truck and won't even consider buying another Ford until there is a better dealership to do business with.

Slowest oil change ever. Over two hours waiting. Was told it would be 45 minutes. People were nice but, so is my dog. I wouldn't have my dog change my oil either.

In response, Attitude reflects attitude and if your employee wasnt disrespectful I wouldnt have been either. And also Ford Corporate and a Ford mechanic have both said the engine cover should have been removed to complete the job correctly and regardless the car came to you with an engine cover and came back without one. There are customer service classes available to businesses like yours. But thank you for your response and it will just be added to your open case files with corporate in Michigan. I wish you well moving forward also.

They screwed me out of a truck I ordered in order to sell it to someone else for a bigger profit. This is a small town and word gets around. I won't be returning.

So we moved to Casper after buying our F250 in Nevada and we opted for the Ford care which covers most service wether it's scheduled or not. I've used them for every oil change and a few bigger maintenance issues because they are the only Ford dealer within about 150 miles. My biggest complaint is that the service department seems to know that you know that there's nothing else you can do but wait. The only reason I give them 3 stars is because the staff that I interact with minimally are pleasant and available without being over bearing. I'd love to buy a vehicle from someone at this dealership but I don't know how many more 2+ hour oil changes I have in me. The quick lane guys that I interact with are nice enough but they're always behind. My last 2 visits to the "quick lane" lasted over 2 hours. I'm not convinced they complete the service I request because last time I asked for a tire rotation my tires still had the same pressure on the same tires when I got it back. I don't hate coming here but the service lane really needs to step it up so I don't dread bringing my truck in and risk wasting my afternoon.

I have been looking for a Ford expedition for about three months. I had found one through car gurus at Greiner Ford, Randy Hunt reached out to me. He was very personable and professional he did not bother me continuously just emailed and called initially. I can only give them four stars because I did not buy my vehicle through them but I wanted to write a review because I felt like they deserve this review or at least Randy does.
