Tried to get in myself and niece in for an appointment told to come back in an hour arrived for our appointments they weren’t ready so we sat for a few minutes and I was appalled at how gross the place was. It was very messy and very disorganized. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else

First time visiting Regal Nails. Didn't have an appointment, but was seen right away. Linh provided me with an excellent pedicure. Atmosphere was very relaxing. Looking forward to my next visit with her.

My daughter made pedicure appointments for both of us. We arrived in time, but they were short staffed, and we waited an hour. We were rushed through, yet charged full price. The water was too cool, my feet were dry and rough afterwards. My cuticles have polish on them. We paid for the most expensive experience, and only got the basics. Honestly, it was a “Walmart” experience, I can get better service for the same price at a real salon. They get two stars because they were nice, but we won’t be back.
