Poor customer service! This hotel charges guests to use WiFi. They apparently have a free WiFi which has such poor connection it will not function. So during my stay I connected to the full connection WiFi which states no where that it is premium and will accrue a charge. Plus, these charges were not posted to my bank until the end of my month and a half long stay. It was like pulling teeth dealing with rude staff to get a slight refund. Not even all of the nearly $500 they charged

Very clean, nice size rooms and full kitchen. Nice service they also have a little mini mart to buy frozen meals and ice cream and candies. Plenty of parking.Rooms: Nice and clean there is also a vanity in the bath room . Shower is very large clean. Hotel smells nice

Hello all, I really don’t like being this person, but Residence Inn here in Casper is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! The staff is incredibly rude, and while I believe the rooms were in good conditions, we had to move from the first floor to the 4th because the first room was DISGUSTING!! We were fortunate enough to move rooms, but my husband and I got no sympathy from the MANAGER! She was snarky, rude, and inpersonable. We spoke with the head housekeeper, and she was incompetent as all get out! She had no customer service capabilities and made us wait 30 minutes to speak with her about the way the room looked in the first place. We spoke to a wonderful housekeeper who helped us get toilet paper and extra towels. She was very sweet and was quick. She seemed to sympathize with us and didn’t make us feel like we were posing an inconvenience to her or the hotel. I pray for the staff working under such hideous management. ????♥️

Love the breakfast buffet. All the staff for breakfast are pleasant and professional. Great food options, even cold brew coffee. Delicious entrees, lots of toppings available for oatmeal, very pleasant breakfast area. Way above the regular hotel breakfast.I would ask for a top floor room away from the interstate to have a bit quieter experience.Great location, many restaurants and shopping nearby. We would definitely return when in Casper.We did have problems with being put in a room where the shower would not drain and had not been cleaned, and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher as well as being broken. We did not realize this until the second evening when there was not an engineer on site to fix the shower or the dishwasher. No offer was made to move us to another room.Megan is an amazing manager, listened to our concerns, and went out of her way to make it right. Amber in housekeeping was very professional and wanted all the details to make sure no one else was put in a room that was not clean and ready. Parker at the front desk was also professional and knowledgeable, but there are many new employees who may or may not understand how to interact with Marriott rewards members. We were not upgraded to a one bedroom suite even though one was available, which is supposed to be a benefit of Gold Member Elite, so that was disappointing.

The staff at this hotel is very nice, however the general manager is non-existent and WILL NOT follow up with you even at the request of the Bonvoy corporate team. The property is newer and very clean, but unfortunately for the hotel team it was built with cheap windows and the interstate noise is absolutely horrible. As a Titanium and Ambassador member, I’ve never complained about a hotel staff…ever…as I know how difficult their jobs are, but this general manager is terrible and deserves this rating.

We have been staying frequently here over the last few months and have had great experiences until last night. Someone attempted to unlock our door, so we just thought they had the wrong room and didn’t think anymore about it. Ten minutes later our door opened-deadbolt and all and hit the security latch -thank God we used the security latch. By the time we got to the door there was no one in the hallway. I immediately called the front desk, after almost 2 minutes she answered, and when I told her what happened she apologized and cleared our room and brought us new keys. When I spoke to the manager the next morning-after a very sleepless night-she said the key pad log did not show anyone swiping our lock at those times. We felt unsafe and checked out early. I have contacted Bonvoy directly, seems extremely unsafe that someone can unlock the room door with no record, something is not okay with the situation and I would caution anyone to always use the security latch! Very disappointed as we have several more trips planned to the area and now need to find another go to hotel.

We have stayed at this Marriott twice and will come back again if we are driving through Casper. Great service, clean rooms, and a convenient location off the interstate.

I adore this hotel. Clean, modern, comfortable. From breakfast to pillows, this place gets things right. All members of staff I have had the pleasure of interacting with, have been very accommodating and helpful. The grounds are clean and maintained. The common areas are comfortable and friendly. Breakfast showcases variety. There's so many great stores, shops, restaurants and amenities within walking distance. Highly suggest you don't pass the opportunity to stay here.

The hotel was clean, smelled amazing and the room was gorgeous! I was not expecting to have basically a whole kitchen setup with a stove top, dishwasher and a full sized fridge. I would say the only thing I found difficult was finding my way into the parking lot. The first time we came we ignored the main entrance because it looked like a dead end and ended up going through several businesses parking lots before finding our way.Rooms: The kitchen had a 2 spot stovetop, dishwasher and a full size fridge. There was a t.v, desk and pull out sofa couch that was pretty comfy. Lots of storage space throughout the room. The bathroom had a nice light up mirror and the shower had a glass wall but no door or curtain. Literally you just always have an open walkway in and out of the shower. I definitely recommend using a bath matNearby activities: The hotel itself has a basketball court, pool and hot tub. For nearby activities you could go to the ghost mall Eastridge or there's a bunch of museums and water activities.Walkability: The hotel is in walking distance of MANY different restaurants. A mile away is a Walmart and across the road from that is the Eastridge Ghost Mall.Noteworthy details: They have grills on property that you can use during your stay. If you bring them a shopping list before 8am they will even do your shopping for you and add the total to your reservation folio.

The service is amazing especially for a long term stay location. The room I had was fantastic and all my coworkers said the same. Housekeeping is awesome. I really don't have a single complaint. The internet could be better but not so slow I'll complain. I will definitely stay again.

Love this hotel. Great staff, fantastic location and again, the hotel is just stunning all around. Probably one of the best Resdience I've been at.During my travels, if I ever have the opportunity to stay here again, I definitely will!

Not accommodating whatsoever. Beds are like sleeping on the ground. Not truthful about out of order amenities before check in. Overpriced for the hospitality that is delivered. Sad representation of a Marriott brand.

Fantastic Marriott property! The rooms were very comfortable and very immaculate. The service was great! Risa at the front desk was especially helpful and kind. The location is very good, close to restaurants and stores. Overall, the best Marriott Residence Inn I have stayed in, and I have stayed at a lot of them over the years.

Absolutely terrible, the Continental Breakfast was a joke. We chose this place for that primary reason. Their Bistro is under construction apparently, yet they charged us 270 (before tax) and don’t let us know. Water in the shower doesn’t drain. No awareness from staff for safety, as there’s water in front of the elevator from people using the pool. Can’t believe this is a Marriott, I’m embarrassed to be a member and will be reaching out to corporate.
