You need to do something about the bathrooms. It’s ridiculous that I have to look for a workers to unlock the bathroom every time. If you are scared people will shoplift have an employee serve as a potty guard.

I love going here. I can always find a great deal. I’ve recently started organizing and those clear plastic bins are crazy expensive. Here I can get 3-4 for the price of one every where else. I also walk a lot with my job and have to replace my shoes every couple months. They don’t always have a big selection but I usually find a pair I like. The associates are really nice and fast.

!WARNING THEIFS! My mom made a purchase yesterday, and stood at the entrance counter while I completed my purchase. We drove towards Riverton and realized her purse was missing. I called mall security and was told they would go look for it. I drove back to Casper and talked to the manager and the girl at the register. (she was the same one that had checked us out about 1.5 hours before) Neither of them had seen a purse. Headed to the security office and she said It was not found. I told her I would be calling the police and that they may request to see the cameras, assuming another customer might have taken it, she proceeded to tell me they do not have cameras. (I asked if then all those little cameras at ross and around the mall are fake?) She said Rosses cameras where having issues a couple of days ago, so I asked Best Buy if they had cameras just to see if we did in fact walk out with the purse. They were very help full. At the same time my mom had arrived back to Casper and had asked the staff at Ross once more if they had seen or found anything. Once again she was told no. I met her at Ross and let the manager know I had filled a police report because she had very important documents and quite a bit of cash money there, again just requesting cooperation to see if another customer took it. We left and almost immediately about 5 to 10 minutes, security called and let us know the cashier and manager at Ross had a little memory reset and remember that, about 3 hours (that is how long we had been looking for the purse) ago they did find a purse and locked it in the safe, and COMPLETLY forgot about it even though we asked like 5 different times. Looking through the purse there is definitely some missing money, but luckily the staff was only interested in money and not her important documents.

Ross is always hit and miss. It's the nature of the store and merchandise flow. I always have fun rummaging through all the goodies I can find! Love the prices.

It is a clean place with good customer service, just one detail, there is no variety of products, they need to have more merchandise.
