“Rented this for about 2 years. Never had any major issues. Had some issues with the gate under old ownership. (Ex. Wouldn't open, codes wouldn't work, keypad issues.) Only went out a few more times before I moved under the new ownership. After the new owner came in it seems as though the gate was just disabled and left open. No problems with the unit or communication with the owner.”
