We went in asking about their metallic paint, the girl was not very pleasant or helpful. She said “ all that paint is over $100 a can and only from one vender.” We asked to see a sample and she stated they don’t keep samples like that at the store. There was no offer for anything comparable she just looked at us so we said thank you and left.

I love their system and how easy it is to get more of the same exact paint I need. Also the staff is always friendly and very helpful.

Sherwin Williams paint is quality paint, BUT, they still use the cans, rather than the nice plastic, pourable containers that work much better. It's impossible to pour from a can and not have a waste of paint running down the side, even when you try to catch it with the brush. Also, those thin wire handles no longer even have plastic over them, and it cuts the hands of those with arthritis. I know that is the corporate doing and has nothing to do with the local store, but perhaps you could pass that feedback along.I recently went to buy stain, and this store only had one solitary color, with no way to mix custom colors, which was unfortunate, as the color you carry comes off as a bluish grey, rather than the brown it's purported to be. You need more selection in stain for sure.However, the staff that works the counter are all polite, efficient and hard working, so hats off to them!Wanted to give some feedback with the hope of seeing changes in the future.

Sherwin Williams is a great alternative to any of the do it yourself stores. The employees are polite and actually act like they want to help you.
