Huge Rave for Erica and Zion! We bought a bed and an adjustable base. The bed ended up being too soft and they were happy to get me all the information I needed and walked me through the beds again. I had to go online to 'trade' the bed in, but that is a Sleepnumber company policy, not the store's policy. Both Erica and Zion, were always willing to answer any questions I had with a smile on their face - even though the new bed was a lower price than the original bed. And yes, I got the difference in the bed price refunded in a very timely manner. As far as the base goes, during my research for a bed, I had learned industry standard is that adjustable bases were not refundable, and I was told during the purchase as well. I love my footwarmer, and the customizable settings on the base - especially the timer feature that allows me to fall asleep in zero G and then move me to my 'favorite' sleep setting. I have all the confidence in them!

Our first sleep number lasted 20 years.....then we bought a new one......we are happy with the new one.....there great beds......you won't regret getting one.

Good place to buy a bed. Had a 20 year old bed and it needed to be replace. Went in to see what they had to offer. Matt the sales man went through the sales pitch and did did a good job. I did buy a bed and so far we have not regretted it. We sleep better then I can remember from the old bed! Good people to work with!

Rant sleep number here in Casper. We we're told we could return our whole bed set if we didn't like it within so many day's come to find out our frame couldn't be returned. They never stated to us it couldn't be returned. They told us we had so many days to return it so we called within those said days and tried to return it because we ended up not liking the bed it. They told us we couldn't return it and that they made sure that we knew that when we were signing. They never told us anything like that and now we are stuck with a bed frame we deffently do not like and a bill around 5,000. There was also another couple the same night and time we got our bed who got told the very same thing we were told WE COULD RETURN IT IF WE DIDN'T LIKE IT. Also please read your terms before you sign dont let them rush signing the contract.
