Ive been to quite a few smart styles and normally the stylist there are very kind and nice. This one unfortunately gave me the feeling they didn’t want me there. I made an appointment and went there. I walk in and see that the lady at the front desk is helping another customer, i wait patiently for her to be done with that customer and a phone call. When she did acknowledged me, she said “ you the perm” “ok, go sit down at the other wall”. And that was it. (Unsure of her name but i heard her say she is the manager) Another woman came in and called my name. I sat in her chair, she put the apron on me and asked what measurement i wanted to do my perm. I told her that other salons have used orange on my hair. She interrupted me at the end and said aggressively “that orange wont even get me a curl, just a wave. If you want a curl you will need a purple or white.” I was a little shocked by the aggression and said again that when I went to the smart style in rock springs they used an orange with no problem. She repeated that my hair is to short for an orange and that I needed to do a purple or a white for a curl. I asked her to take the apron off and I said sorry for wasting your time and walked out. She didn't even touch my hair, just looked at it for like 10 seconds!Idk if she was having a bad day or what. I have worked customer service. I get that sometimes it is hard to fake a smile. But you should never treat someone so poorly that they don't feel confident in your ability to do their hair. I don’t want any accommodation or an apology. I just want this issue to maybe get fixed so I can maybe come back there someday and not stress being treated that way.

If I could give zero stars I would, I scheduled an appointment early this morning for after work. I walk all the way there in the heat just to see a sign saying "closed for personal reasons"And I didn't get any cancellation notice.Very unprofessional, and I would not recommend for anyone seriously looking for service.Service: Haircut

Everytime I go in for a simple 10 minute haircut everybody there says they are booked up for the rest of the day even though 1-3 ladies are standing around. Retarded. Go somewhere else.

Booked appointment online and when I arrived at 2:40 for 2:45 appointment lady at the counter rudely stated that don’t have time for cut/color, asked if they could just do cut and stated they couldn’t bc they close at 5pm. This is the second time I have come and turned away.

Booked an appointment online, drove over 2 hours for them to not have time for my appointment that day. Lady was extremely rude about it also. Don’t waste your time here!

I’ve booked an appointment twice online with this place. Each time I’ve went in they say their full and can’t help me. The first time there were three ladies sitting around chatting doing absolutely nothing but said they didn’t have any openings. The second time the lady told me their online appointments override everything but she was to busy to get me in. Why have online scheduling if your not going to recognize it. I will not go back ever. They have lost my business.
