The Lady at the desk was off putting and rude. We needed a unit so we had room to stage our home for sale. When the deal went south we called to try to get a refund as we had not even used the unit or lock we were told they could not do that but would release it so they could rent it out again. It was one day tho I did not expect a full refund but something should have been nice. I have never had a need for storage before and if ever I do it will NOT be with these people.
