“Our car battery died while we had the whole family out at a park! Thankfully OtH was available. I wish I recalled the guy's name, he was so polite, professional, and damned efficient! Knew his stuff. Used a carjump box to try and start my car for me after failed jumps off other vehicles, got a voltage reading off my battery and saw it was basically dead. Got her towed back to Kia and bam, battery replacement!
