I very much appreciated the exemplary help from Marcus, who surpassed his job responsibilities in delivering an appliance dolly to my storage unit. As a disabled senior citizen with many physical limitations, his kind actions enabled the transfer of a heavy piece of furniture into my storage unit that would not have been possible without his thoughtful actions. Thank you so much!

I originally would have given the 2nd St location 5 stars for my experience with UBoxes. However now I rate them at 1 🌟 due to a horrible experience while trying to unload them and put in different storage. I inadvertently left a small child's desk (it was my mom's) in the bay and someone took it. I have talked to them and left messages for it's return. I've asked for video and nothing. I'm disappointed and heartbroken 💔

Gm stands firm that her staff can do no wrong. Don't bother making a reservation with storage units as per her words they will sell your unit from under you and reservations mean nothing. They'll refuse to do storage reservations so I had to do mine in denver where I was told they not only should have done it but I'd would've been lucky to get a reservation. Any sort of attempt to address any wrong doing by staff is treated as an attack on her staff and you'll be refused. Just avoid this location if possible and you'll avoid all of this headache possible loss of hundreds of dollars.

Called me 2 days before my elderly mom's cross country move to tell me the equipment I reserved a month in advance was not available. Then they told me there was nothing else available within 300 miles. Then they transferred me to another office to check the inventory in Denver, and I was told they had nothing for me either. Then my husband shows up to buy moving supplies, and they have TWO 26 foot trucks on the lot and refused to rent them to us because "they are for local moves only!" Also told us on the phone they would refund us for boxes even though we lost the receipt and when we showed up with them they refused! SHAME ON YOU UHAUL! How you can do this to an elderly person is beyond me. USE BUDGET! They actually have equipment and great service.

Their indoor climate controlled storage is clean and well lit. It's the best facility I've ever had a storage unit in.

I was told that the truck I rented had been recently serviced. However, after a few gas fill ups, I was walking around the truck doing a quick inspection and noticed that the front tires were showing the steel core!I called roadside assistance and the waited 90 minutes for a service provider who ended up canceling without letting us know. 12 hours and a hotel stay later we finally got 2 new tires and back on the road.However, after only 375 miles to our destination, one of the brand new tires was already down to half tread. The ride was extremely bumpy and needed an alignment terribly (the service provider who changed the tires agreed).This entire situation not only added an entire day to our travels, but should never have occurred because we were told that the truck was recently serviced.
