In today's world, there is no such thing as customer service. But this EU haul has outstanding customer service. You could not ask for a better bunch of people running this branch. I have met all of them and I am a repeat customer. I keep coming back and renting more

Great service. Made sure we were taken care of and cleared up any discrepancies we may have had. Amber, Ameethyst, and Gauge helped us and they were awesome.

The trailer I reserved was ready, clean, and in great shape (tires not worn, hitch and electric wiring was in good working order), and the staff was friendly and helpful for both pick up and drop off.

This is a large U-Haul location. I had several interactions with the staff here and they were amazing! They were very helpful and friendly. Before I took the trailer, they were able to help ensure it was in tiptop shape before my trip. Also, there was a lovely lady who helped me with a blown fuse in my truck. She was really knowledgeable and was able to diagnose it quickly.
I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area and looking for a U-Haul.

When I first started my rental of the storage unit, I was paying $108/month. I was given a discount, as it was explained to me, for being a frequent renter of trailers and other equipment and also being a veteran. Not only did the price gradually increase $20, but the tipping point for me moving out of the storage unit I was renting, was when I received a call informing me that I was losing the discount for no real reason, which increased the monthly rent to $149 + tax. I only had access to the secure lot for certain hours, and 24/7 access was an extra fee. I have another unit, SAME DIMENSIONS, with true 24/7 access, for $75/month. Also, after the first winter I was in the Uhaul unit, when the thaw came in the spring, the unit flooded and was 2” deep of water. Of course, insurance against stuff like that was another extra fee. I am truly disappointed in the false advertising, and removal of the discount I was getting. They SAY they appreciate their customers, but ultimately ended up losing this one. There were times that they also would put their lock on my unit without any warning if my payment was a couple days late. The competing storage facility I still rent from, was much more flexible on every level ive previously mentioned. I would not recommend using this location for those reasons.

Staff was very friendly and professional. Had my rental brought forward quickly and in the road fast. Check in after was a breeze.

The truck I used seemed to have an issue with front end drift, to the point it was a little concerning. I didn’t have to go far, otherwise I would have asked for a replacement. I used to work for U-Haul a long time ago, I get it that local trucks are used a lot more, therefore they are not the best on the lot. Maybe have someone drive them once in a while.

I reserved a 15’ one way truck at the Bryan Stock location. When I arrived at my reserved time they said it wasn’t available. No one called to tell me this. They looked all over but were unable to find me a one-way truck. There was a man returning a 20’ truck next to me, he just needed to unload the boxes. The CSRs asked me to come back in an hour. Instead of reserving that plate number in my open reservation they just told me to leave. The last thing I said was “please don’t give away my truck”. I called 1.5 hours later to verify it was ready and he said yes. I arrived 10 minutes later and he said it had been booked online and there was nothing he could do bc there was no credit card on file. There WAS a Credit card on file in my open reservation but since he didn’t record the truck coming in on my reservation, it became available for someone else to reserve. There is something he could have done. 1. He could have made the reservation while I stood there. 2. He could have called the person that made a reservation 5 minutes prior and let them know it was a mistake that the human STANDING IN FRONT OF HIM that made a reservation days ago was in line. Those people still had time to find another option, I did not. He called the 2nd street location and they had a 26’ truck. So I got to waste hours of my day and pay $150 more (plus more gas) to rent a truck I didn’t need bc UHual is incompetent. The 2nd street location was very nice
I have rented two trucks and a trailer the last 3 weekends. Every single time was a disaster. The first truck they changed our pickup location to Gillette, 5 hours round trip away the day before. They also changed it from a 26’ to a 20’ truck so we could not fit everything -necessitating the 15’ truck yesterday. They charged me the same amount for a 20’ truck that they would have for the 26’. My husband had to rent a car dolly too to get his car back from Gillette. Turns out that the dolly couldn’t tow my truck, so I had to return it. They charged me an $80 fee for returning to Bryan Stock and not driving it 4 hours out of state. Less than 5 minutes after dropping the dolly the check engine light came on and I just had to drive to CO and hope for the best bc it was fully loaded.
The next weekend I reserved a 6x10 trailer. There is no support for the hitch so you cannot remove it. I asked about taking it off the truck and he said don’t take it off let them do it at uhaul. Making my truck unusable for several days. The return location - though advertised as open was closed so I had to go to another location to find a person to lift the trailer off of my truck by hand.
Then this third weekend they gave away my truck twice.
Do better. One mistake, fine. But uhaul is doing a really bad job at customer service as a whole. Repeatedly. They just don’t care. Once you have a reservation they wait until it’s too late for you to find any other solution then force you to pay for more/larger equipment bc that’s the only thing available.
The lady in Gillette was super nice. The guys at 2nd street are super nice. The guy in CO was nice. The Bryan Stock location is failing, and the online program is useless. It just lets you book whether there is a vehicle or not. The phone help people are worthless.

Called me 2 days before my elderly mom's cross country move to tell me the equipment I reserved a month in advance was not available. Then they told me there was nothing else available within 300 miles. Then they transferred me to another office to check the inventory in Denver and I was told they had nothing for me either. SHAME ON YOU UHAUL! How you can do this to an elderly person is beyond me. My husband went to this location and they had 3 trucks and car haulers ON THE LOT but would not rent them for an interstate move!!! USE BUDGET! They actually have equipment!

I made a reservation for storage for my RV a 45 foot space, I have a confirmation number but was told that it was not a for sure confirmation whatever that means. So when my husband arrived with my RV they said they had a waiting list and that we should have known that. I asked what I do now and they said they didn't know. Now I have no place to put my RV. They could care less about the situation. I have used them for all my moving and since I travel every three months I won't ever use them again. They weren't even sympathetic about my situationTHEY put me in.

Reserved a truck here because we had heard good things. Also, it was nearby to where we needed to load the trailer. Called in advance to check our reservation with this location. It was confirmed that we would pick up the trailer there.On the day we had reserved, we called to confirm and was informed that the 4x8 trailer was at a completely different location in Casper. Then, the trailer they had set aside for us clearly had been through something. Photos are below. We also were never sent a link to upload our photos and show the structural damage previous to our use, which normally is done by UHAUL rental locations. Good thing Phone's have details and show the time and date photos are taken.Thankfully, the drop-off location was kind, but this is ridiculous. We will never use UHAUL from this location again. For anyone using UHAUL, you are completely allowed to refuse a trailer that is put aside for you. Had we known this detail, we definitely would have made the decision to. Might be an inconvenience but better than getting one like the one below.
