I've counted on Union for all my phone and internet service since 2003. Best coverage throughout Wyoming.

I had their service for 10 days. That cost $176.00. I called 3 times to ask about when I'd be reimbursed. First time I was told I'd get a reimbursement but they didn't know when or how much, but someone would call me back. I called back twice more to check on it, only to be told that they would call me when they figured it all out. I found their service and customer service to be unreliable. Although, they are super nice, they are still unreliable.

I would give this company a negative star review if I could. HORRIBLE cell service, we never had any bars unless we were in a major city somewhere and it connected through AT&T. We live in Casper, right by Kelly Walsh and had to go outside and walk around the yard to make phone calls because we had no service in our house. Every time we asked about this, they said they were aware of the problem and would someday fix it. Their billing dept is a mess and would always forget to send invoices, then they would send me a notice for two at a time saying I was late on my last payment. Then when we dropped them, we have cancellation fees. I thought they were paid. Apparently they weren't A year and a half later they sent me to a collection agency. They didn't send me a bill, they didn't send me an email, they didn't call, they sent me to collections. They said I should have known because they reported it to a credit bureau and I should have noticed it when checking my credit report. WOW!

They charged me over $700 for one month saying I went over my data usage, but the times I was supposedly going over were in the middle of the night while I was asleep. Furthermore you call to see what is going on and you get told a line of crap. Go into the store and the reps are rude. Lastly, called to make payment arrangements and have recieved 2 letters this week saying last 9chance to take care of this before collections. What is the point in calling and making payment arrangements if they continue to harass you over a b******* bill that you were way overcharged on to begin with. Horrible customer service wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

"Treating you like a neighbor...not a number". They must be enemies with their neighbors, because even my enemies wouldn't treat me like this. Sucks, sucks, sucks. Where should I start? Shall we start with actual phone calls? The only consistency with cell coverage is dropped calls. I literally have to go outside and stand on a hilltop somewhere, or make sure that I am in visual sight of a cell tower, before I attempt any business call that might entail sitting on hold. Don't even think about attempting a hands-free call while driving - I give your chances at switching between cell towers to be around 50%. How about text? Yes, most of the time. However, I have numerous instances of text messages that were never sent, with attempts to resend the text failing repeatedly until you simply give up and come back to the phone a couple of hours later. Others are sent but never received by the recipient ("didn't you get my text...oh, you didn't..."). Still others are never received from my contacts ("You texted me? When??"). I saved the best joke-of-a-service issue for last: data. Yup, that new iPhone they dangled in front of me sucked me in, and I signed a two-year contract. Biggest consumer mistake I ever made (I am counting the days until it is over). What good is a smart phone when you don't have data coverage?! For starters, 75% of the time, I'm on extended network coverage, not Union's network. You can forget about accessing data on extended network. The worst part about this is that it doesn't seem to be based on location. I can't tell you how many times I've been on Union's network one moment, only to lose signal, switch over to extended network, and suddenly unable to finish loading the page or email I was looking for. Oh, did I mention that this is INSIDE the city of Casper?!? I'm not talking about the oil field, outside the city limits, out in the country, or anywhere else. All of this experience is right in the heart of the city limits. Btw, one more thing: this is 3G coverage. You know, yesterday's data coverage. We're not talking about anything sparkling new. For those of you sick and tired of Verizon, AT&T or some other carrier, be warned: there are lower levels of hell, and I'm in one.
