Every time I go to this UPS, I am greeted with friendly staff and they immediately address my presence when I walk in. Wait times are often quick and my service is fast and friendly.

The short lady that was working there was extremely rude. Snatched the box out of my hand and then dropped it on the floor ( it was a laptop ), and when I struggled to remember a phone number she walked off and helped another customer and just left me standing there. Everyone has bad days, but you do not need to take it out on your customers...

This rave is for Ed! I was expecting a very important package at my home 12/21/23 at 9:30 am that I would not be able to get to until at least lunch and I was uneasy about it. That was my fault and should have thought about that and had it shipped to my work. My guy Ed worked some magic and intercepted and had it sent to his store. I was able to relax until lunch and pick it up there. Thank you for going out of your way to help me Ed!

Was really fast but the person that was helping me spell out words like student and college for her. This may be normal but it was a little frustrating. I also asked how do i pay and she said I haven’t gotten there woman! it was kind of in a joking way but not very nice from the customer perspective :/

The staff was very friendly. We have only had great experiences with UPS which is why we choose to send any packages with UPS.

LaShayla did an amazing job of packing several settings of delicate heirloom china and a large silver plate tray. It was shipped from Casper, WY to Tarrytown, NY and arrived in perfect condition.

I’ve used their services at least 100 times- both shipping and receiving for my antique business. They are friendly and helpful every single time, without fail. I’d recommend this store to anyone. The store and staff actually are a star in the ups crown. They are an example of how all UpS operations should run

?I really like how the owner/manager takes care of everything here. I’ve rented a mailbox from them for about a year now, and even when I was unsure of a possible missing item, it actually had nothing to do with them, yet they all went out of their way to be kind and professional, going above and beyond with integrity.I would highly recommend this wonderful place for mailbox rental or any other services. They are always diplomatic, thoughtful, and efficient. They’ve been very good to me!I was really surprised to see even a single bad review, and I would much rather deal with wonderful & pleasant human beings, as compared to cold drone robots or automated service anyway. Literally wouldn't even give him one star but I had to choose it. This company has been a nightmare from the very beginning every one of my packages seems to have a problem with its delivery. I now have a package that was supposed to be sent out on the 7th there's no updates they're not scanning my package I don't know why they gave me a tracking number it's now stating tomorrow instead of today and I have a strong suspicion it's going to say Friday and then Saturday I have a feeling my package has been stolen and they're not being responsible you can't talk to a live person you have to talk to an automated robot that gets you nowhere this company is truly pathetic nothing close to professional and constantly showing manipulation and dishonesty
